Called to see if they had a particular brand of prescription cat food that my usual vet was out of. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and snappy and cut me off multiple times. Never been there and now I never will.

There is no better Vet team, period. Competent, Compassionate, Current on Medical Protocols, and ? invested in the best outcome for your family!Animals are their calling and all you have to do to prove this is watch how the animals respond to them. It will tell you all you need to know.Their care has always been stellar, when referrals are required, it pays to have the best, because they know the best.I have been a furball parent for over 45 years, I know what I'm talking about ...lol

I would not take my dogs anywhere else. Dr Ernest is a skilled diagnostician. She has been on the money every time with my 2 dogs. Prior to these 2 I have she graciously helped me with end of life issues for my previous dog. The staff are caring and go above and beyond to help. They are all animal lovers themselves and you certainly feel that. Highly recommend.

I love, love, love Dr. Ernest! I think it was my first visit where my daughter took her cat to a different vet. The vet who shall not be named diagnosed Kidney Stones and said that she should receive surgery or be put to sleep. Went to Dr. Ernest and she gave a 1 time dose of tablets. Poof! The cat was fine. Wonderful attitude and obviously cares deeply for pets. The ONLY downside is that they can't keep pets overnight.
