We came in to ask if they had somewhere to fix a tablet. We told Sam straight up that we didn’t had insurance in the tablet. Still ask for the id to check we waited around 5 minutes to tell us that we didn’t had insurance and they couldn’t fix it. Unless we went to a third party facility. Like come on we already told you that. Like we should got a responded of no but you can go to a third party like it was so easy. I hope AT&T take this review and due better at hiring people to work for this. He just there for the money and not for the interest to help the people.

Recently visited the temple terrace location and dealt with Sam, I got a line and an upgrade to the 17 pro max. Gave me the up most top customer service 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Hello,
We recently visited an AT&T authorized retailer (BlueLink) to see about upgrade eligibility. We ended up staying for 3+ hours to have them void several transactions. Read more if you care to:
- Told that moving from a more favorable plan into a newer plan with more lines but less benefits was better (it wasn’t)
- Told that we would get 1100 trade-in credit for our phones (we would actually get no trade in credits with the new plan)
- Made to believe they were doing us a service by waiving our activation fees (that they had neglected to mention before the card was swiped) and giving us back our billing credits from our old plan (that they had neglected to check if we’d be losing before churning us into a new plan with additional lines).
- Told us they could do nothing to fix the situation and we had to call corporate. Called corporate who couldn’t fix it since this store is only an authorized retailer and the rep had to call the store to walk them through how to fix their mistakes.
This is a hazard of dealing with authorized retailers. Save yourself several hours and/or hundreds of dollars. Drive to a corporate location, NOT an authorized retailer.

Sam needs a vacation and when a customer asks for they're ID back, don't hold it hostage. Then when he couldn't try to flip me to another tablet, he quickly hands over my ID. A poor interaction for an AT&T store. No thank you.

I went over there to see if I can keep my same number and have a talk to another device. The gentleman was very disrespectful very rude and put my drivers license across the counter. Will never ever do business with these frauds again.

No customer service. Only offered to open new line instead of what I asked, all I needed was to take an existing line and switch the device for a previous device I already owned and purchased through ATT. Said it wasn’t possible he would need to open a new line and I would have to continue paying for the broken device line and the new line. Went to a corporate store and no issues took my old device put a new sim and done no new line no trying to get me to switch plans no trying to convince me to pay anything additional. This store is a scam.

the man who was there on 8/27/2025 at 6:40 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with all of my phone plans not having service (5 lines) and not even a moment after i say there’s no service he says “you have to update your phone, apple has a new update” umm okay but two of those lines are androids. i said “all of them have the same problem?” and he barks at me to open my phone to look at. all he does is look at my storage, my software, and say “yeah this needs an uoafte”. I give him tye android to look at and he finally concede that it is fully up to date then “resets network settings” which i could’ve done on my own, then tells me “you’re lucky i’m working and I know my way around phones, i stayed late today” ??? okay? congratulations? you clearly didn’t do anything but have a terrible attitude and try to make me feel indebted to you for doing your job. very self righteous and rude.
