Worst experience. Went there by 9:05am for a time sensitive wire transfer as the branch opens by 9am. They told we will call you. Keep waiting until 10am (an hour) and asked what is happening. They told 2 other appointments are there and then only we can service you. They should have informed this delay before that at least by 9:30. Then I rushed to another branch and make it work. No communication and worst experience.

Matthew was very helpful, personable, and professional when he was assisting me. I thought I was going to wait an hour until someone can help me with my situation in which I was fine with waiting. But Matthew was effectively strategic by finding another rep to take over his place so that I could receive his assistance quicker. It was unfortunate to hear that half the staff was sick, which is why service was slow. I could understand that. But for me, Matthew's service was above and beyond with customer service with just half of the staff being present at work. Excellent service!

I never write google reviews but I had to do it for this establishment. I came in stressed and new to the process and Savanna went above and beyond. She took care of everything for me even when it wasn’t her responsibility and even left her station to help me with everything. She was so efficient and thorough, making sure I comprehended the program. She was so friendly! She was the only one in there who smiled at me. She deserves a raise!

Employees that work here are super nice and helpful but they never have enough people working!! And don’t tell me it’s because of CDC guidelines that’s B.S. I’m not sure if it’s BoA being cheap and trying to save on labor but lines are always long. And I mean +15 people in front of you in line long… So when you need to make a quick deposit for your job which is the only thing I do with BoA, you need to have at least an hour set aside because lines are so long.

Many of us can only bank on Saturday and they don't staff well enough to handle the 20 person deep line. also, the ATM seldom has $50 bills , despite being told by a teller that the walk up ATM "always has $5"0s. it doesn't.

I brought my 90 year old Mom in on a Saturday, as we needed to take a look inside her safety deposit box. My Mom has been a loyal customer since 1965. When we got there, while there were perhaps a dozen people standing in line for a teller, there were only two people in front of us waiting for the other bank representative (an Annette Lago). The rep took the first woman to the vault for her safety deposit box. I turned to talk to my Mom for 10-20 seconds, and next thing we knew, one of the women who was previously in the teller line was getting helped in our line, with the rep not having any regard to the sweet African American woman in front of us (who appeared uncomfortable with being cut in front of), or ourselves. I said: “Am I missing something here? We’ve been in line here, and I’m with my 90 yr old Mom.” The rep told us: “Well, she was her about a 1/2 hr ago, so she was here before you. You can go sit down if you’d like, and I’ll find you.” Who on Earth cares whether someone was there 1/2 hr before? The woman had gotten into a new teller line, which she had been in for awhile. Which means you don’t get to cut in the previous line. I don’t blame her. This is a matter of terrible customer service, and a rep who has no clue. If she did have a clue, she would have told the other woman to please get in line, as she’s now helping two others. She not only needs common sense, but an improvement in her attitude as well.BoA’s only saving grace is that the one who ended up taking care of us, Esmeralda Lopez, was really wonderful in every regard.

This lady called April is the worst the absolute worst customer service representative I have ever met! I'm here for what I want April not what you want to offer me instead, she's like Stone Age representative! She doesn't know how to listen, she has 2 mouths not 2 ears! Btw you made me feel disgusted of Bank of America, I know it's not their fault but how come no one has ever heard you talking the way you do! How did you even end up in a position that requires you to deal with people!! You should stay behind closed door do whatever it is that you're good at!!
