??? ATTN PROSPECTING STUDENTS ???Under zero circumstances should any future law school student take BLACKSTONE as a prep course! This is BY FAR the most UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED organization (or lack of)I have EVERRRRRR been a part of.Where to begin ….How about I copy an email I have sent Hallie (Blackstone’s one and ONLY instructor) from 2/11/22. Forewarning, very lengthy email but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU READ IT IN ITS ENTIRETY!!!!Good morning,I hope this email finds you well. I have been struggling to find the right words to say regarding concerning issues I have. This is something I have been wanting to speak about for some time, but never had the courage to say so. Nonetheless, here I am today ready to express my opinions and concerns.I have to be honest. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the way the program is/was organized and how the lessons have been taught. I am not the only student who feels this way either, however, I will not involve the opinions of others on this subject matter. I feel that the class structure has been disorganized and the subject matter is presented in a manner that makes it extremely difficult to comprehend. Additionally, the lessons are never completed in the scheduled day and is forced to carry over to the following day. This then pushes the class further behind. There have been several instances where a single topic (e.g. Rules games class 5) has taken well over an hour and a half to explain, resulting in you quickly rush through the remaining subject and still not being able to complete the entire topics that were expected for that day. What was initially guaranteed for this accelerated program was that you would be able to cover all materials needed for the LSAT, and as it stands, there are several topics that we never got to discuss. I understand that this is an accelerated program and you did say that class 1 and 2 would be hefty in materials and may carry over, however you mentioned we would be all caught up in class 3 since the load begins to lighted after that.Additionally, lectures are consistently interrupted with personal or irrelevant matters that become extremely distracting and does not allow us to learn in a productive environment. The constant interruption makes finishing lectures untenable. For example, having our class be interrupted by your husband to simply show you an image of a dog was beyond unprofessional and upsetting. To add, I find it inappropriate that I am constantly being haggled about purchasing Buccaneers gear or Baseball cards.I understand that there are personal matters in your life that add stress to an already stressful environment, however, we all have circumstances that impact our lives in one form or another. Nonetheless, we (speaking for myself mostly) continue to show up after a long day of work or/and driving in inconvenient traffic for the sole purpose of learning. I find it is unprofessional and inconsiderate that you have continuously arrived late to class OR began class late. I have kept track; this has occurred every class that we have had. At the end of the day, this is a professional business in which services have been paid for. What has driven me to write this email was Monday’s incident. I am a very understanding and caring person. However, Monday was the final straw for me, hence the reason why I left after waiting 30 minutes ALONE in a classroom. The personal matter that occurred seemed to have been of far more importance than the safety of your student and in providing the services that is expected of from between the hours of 6:00pm – 10:00pm. I feel as though personal affairs have been given priority over teaching the students. I also found it careless to leave the classroom unattended numerous times in the hands of a student that is not liable for whatever occurs in your absence. Also, leaving a female student alone during late hours without any concern over my safety and wellbeing…..I exceeded the post character length. For the full story please view the yelp review!!!!

This course is great. Meme is an amazing teacher and gives you the material needed for you to succeed. She teaches you what and how to do problems but ultimately its up to you to do the work. Anyone considering taking the LSAT this is the tutor I would recommend. Other tutors will cost an arm and a leg for each hour. You will get more bang for buck here having multiple sessions as well as materials provided.

Hallie is so unbelievably helpful! She is really thorough when explaining the material and makes sure you're comfortable in case you have any questions. If you engage with the material and Hallie as she's teaching then you will gain exceptionally more from the program. The amount of material you will receive from Blackstone can seem overwhelming, however you'll develop an affinity for trying more and more questions. Also, if you have any questions about something, Hallie is a quick phone call or text away if you need anything. The material you learn is directly from previous LSAT's and the way Blackstone structures the course will have you properly prepared. My advice would be to definitely attend the class in-person if you are able to. If you are unable to attend the class in-person, the zoom option they offer is great too. Classes do go by quick, but you are constantly learning transferable skills to apply directly to your official LSAT test!

Blackstone Prep did an outstanding job preparing me for the LSAT! I jumped 16 points from my diagnostic test (pre-Blackstone) to my actual exam (post-Blackstone). They taught me how to tackle every type of question that the test could throw at me, which prepared me very well for exam day. I highly recommend Blackstone to anybody trying to prepare for the LSAT!

They helped my score increase 21 points!!!!!! And I had a pretty significantly low score before I began studying. I had given up on going to law school 8 years ago. However, despite all the panic and anxiety — my score increased thanks to Hallie and Blackstone’s courses!! I got accepted into 6 out of the 8 law schools that I applied to and I received scholarship offers from all 6 schools!!!! Thank you Hallie for helping me get into my dream law school, Stetson University!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO STRUGGLES WITH THE LSAT!!! Truly wouldn’t be in law school without Blackstone!!!
