After 4 weeks awaiting a paid part to fix , I stopped by for the 3rd time after never getting a call regarding status or possible solutions . I caved in and upgraded to a new phone. They said they needed some time to swap everything over. I ran some errands and returned a little later. All my pics, video, and data were completely lost on transfer. I was told they were still on my old phone but when I got home it was wiped clean. Totally disappointed in this experience.

Very good and very reliable. Phone got fixed for a cracked screen in less than 2 hours. Frank really did a tremendous job and was very helpful. Would definitely rely on this specific store any day of the week.

Ida is a lifesaver! My phone looked like it fell off a rollercoaster and she had it fixed faster than I can find the charger. Prices are great, service is even better, and Ida is so outgoing she’ll make you laugh while saving your phone’s life. 10/10 would break my phone again just to hang out here.

i wish i could given them NO star whatsoever. Last week my brother handed over his iphone to fix his cracked screen. My brother left his phone for an hour and went back to pick up the phone. they charged him $86.99 and later that day, he placed phone on charger but phone was not charging. I took the phone back to them today and i explained what happened. requested to check if there was anything wrong when they put the phone together. a lady with complete carelessness assured that they did everything by the book. never looked at the phone in my hand saying that might be the charging port. then she added, you will be charged $45 for diagnoses and then we will see what we can do next. i told her that i don't want them to touch the phone because i don't have faith in their work and i don't trust them. scammers, they just are after the money and they don't know anything about phones. after taking the phone together another store (quick fix); on 56th street, turned to be that when they have chaged the screen, they never put the phone back correctly and phone was missing 3 screws and lines inside were not aligned. shame on you to change my brother that amount of money taking an advantage that he has disability abd language barrier. i will never recommend this place to an enemy. stay away.

I Took my son Xbox to them on July 10 today is August 14 and they still telling me my son Xbox gonna be another three weeks. No one reached out to tell me anything about his Xbox. I kept going up there asking about the Xbox. They kept giving me The run-arounds. So when I asked for my son Xbox and my money back or we don’t do refunds and when they left your son Xbox was fixed it was not. Like I got $128 just to keep throwing away. So if anybody go there you wasting your money. Everybody in there is very unprofessional down to the management.
