Trash customer service. Had a meeting with one of the agents with my husband and we waited for a whole hour! If you don’t have time for your clients why schedule a meeting that day . Not to mention the very polite white lady that works in the first office on your right side when you walk in absolutely disgusting. She was mad that I parked in the handicapped spot like ma’am let that be my problem and worry about your job. She saw us waiting in the lobby for a hour and did nothing about it. Never again closing all of my family members account!

My check was higher than the limit. Can't even get a simple check cashed anymore. Banks are ridiculous.

If you can go to another chase I most definitely would. This one has no bank tellers so u have to sit at a table with other people get out all your personal information for everyone to see then when something goes wrong you have to wait with everyone else at the table. It's not first come first serve here it's who can fill out their paper the fastest. When I go into my chase bank the teller dose all this stuff that I'm now suppose to figure out.

Stopped in at 12'30 today to set up am account after verifying their hours and procedire. Arrived to be asked if I had an appointment. I shared no. I was then told the earliest I can get an appointment was on this upcoming Tuesday. Please note there was only one person the lobby. I guess I didn't fit the profile as a new walk in customer. I will be taking a further look at my credit cards with them as well. So the big sign on the building "Now Open" should could with a disclaimer like those on radio commercials when trying to hide the TRUTH!

Sheila and Hector made this experience amazing! We were greeted promptly at the door and were quickly taken care of for our appointment with Hector. He was quick, effective, and very personal with us. He made us feel like we were human and took care of opening an account for us. We will definitely come back and visit Hector again since he was really awesome!

Super strange open format and insufficient staffing. Bankers set up to fail with this set up. People watching is top notch though! The police even showed up because a gentleman was frustrated. Heard it all. You could just sit and listen to everyone’s financial woes in the lobby. But if you’re looking for any sort of privacy in your financial dealings, try another branch perhaps? Not sure when the meandering in the lobby set up became popular - i was told that people like the restaurant-like environment - but it strikes me as unprofessional. Additionally, i ended up closing my account not only because of the poor customer service/strangeness of the physical location/lack of answers when needed, but i opened the account with an offer/coupon code of $250 for establishing a new account but was informed after the fact that my offer/code was expired. My direct deposit was also hitting a day later and there are a ton of fees. Never again, Chase.

Came into Temple Terrace branch to simply add my wife's name to my account. Was told to come back next week when they have time. I will be closing my account and going somewhere else.
