I used to use the CVS on Bearss and moved and now decided to use the E Fowler Ave location which is closer. Big mistake! I got one prescription refilled a week ago and they never called to say it was ready. When you try to call you go through a long menu and then when you get to the Pharmacy they asked you to leave a message and it says they will call you back before they close that day. GEEZ. My doctor sent in another prescription before noon today and it's almost 4 o'clock and it still says "in process" -- and of course you can't call and check on it and if it's filled after 4pm you get into the terrible Fowler Avenue traffic. I'm done with this location. I will switch to another pharmacy as soon as I get these 2 filled. Don't waste your time going to his location.

After years of using the pharmacy for prescription services for my medications, yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. They refused to grant me to pick up my script for some medication that needed a "Picture identification" which always keep my picture ID via Driver's license in my wallet. At the drive through, It was not in my wallet. I understand that yes, it needs an ID. But, I asked nicely, that I do have a copy of it via my I-phone very clearly which I had to use one other time. the pharmacist usually would give me an override, this pharmacist would not. Very disrespectful, said an absolutely no, and I would go without this medication unless I had the required documentation. Now, if they did any research that could have pulled up and I have been a customer for +15 years that has been a script for years for seizures. No dice, and refused to sell me even my other scripts waiting, BP med, Anti-Depressant, Statin. Went around from into the pharmacy to show that I indeed had a copy on my I-phone with accompanying CC for such an error. The pharmacist was rude, dismissive, saying it was state law, but could not give me the state law. She shut me off/done hiding and ignoring me behind the counter and left me hanging. No politeness, dismissive and I left with nothing without extreme stress. Nice thing to do to a retired paramedic/firefighter that needs these meds. They have finally lost a customer. I am taking my business elsewhere and she may continue to enjoy her power as a pharmacist working a chain drug store. Can only hope her 5+ years of specific pharmacy education at the university/school pays off for her working at a retail CVS Pharmacy. This pharmacy has a huge turnover over of pharmacists and staff. It would have been a nice gesture to just come around a professional manner to a former first responder to talk to someone. Expect problems with the pharmacy. You can call in and wait until the final hours of the day to only hope it gets filled, especially when you have to call which they make it very difficult to talk to a pharmacists versus a technician who have to take the blunt of the punishment. They have set up their phone tree upon calling with a real option to talk to the pharmacist unless you can trick the phone tree. My favorite is that they will neglect to tell you until you call that it needs to be ordered without telling you throughout the day that it is empty in the inventory. Many times that has happened. Some serious inventions and a better work environment and resources need to be available to these employees. But, I can't take it anymore.

CVS has been our go-to pharmacy for purchasing medications and getting the required vaccines, including the COVID-19 vaccine, from their MinuteClinic. The staff at CVS has always been exceptionally helpful and provided excellent customer care. We have never encountered any problems with them. The store location is always clean and well-maintained. The markers on the aisles have been very helpful in finding the medications we need.

CVS used to be such a good and reliable place to fill my prescriptions but that has sadly changed. specifically this location on Fowler has had a change in staff in the last couple months and beside one nice woman named Uzma no one here wants to help you. They have three people standing behind the counter and only send one person forward to help customers. my prescription went up 230 dollars and so of course I was alarmed and i had a discount code but between the three people behind the counter they could not figure it out so I finally paid the almost three hundred dollars and left. the people that work here are un friendly and don't know what customer service is if it hit them in the face. I will be switching all my meds to health care pharmacy at the advent health in new Tampa where they exceed in customer service and know how to treat people with respect. if this could be a zero I would. Stay clear of this place.

CVS is great they were fast only had to wait at the pharmacy 10 minutes. I had to wait in line at the front check out a little longer but they opened another register quickly and we all got out of the store pretty fast. Coast was clear until the next wave of people hit. Oh and I managed to find some stuff I thought I needed too.

I love this Pharmacy and I've used many others before. They are always on top of situations and will work with you if there are issues. Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a wait, never more than about 10 minutes. I try to avoid going at busy times or during their last Bach break when possible. I find the staff pleasant and helpful.

Yooooo. Idk about anything else but majority pharmacies are clean. This one is disgusting and no one gives a damn. Y'all managers should be ashamed of this one. What is really going on that there's actual poop on the floor Used paper all over the floor. Poop all over the seats

The cvs really made me go thru withdraw and then have to fight to get my prescription. Told me it was too early and then I came back and yelled at me again so I left and a month later I still had to get yelled at and force them to fill it. I'm transferring pharmacist and I've been with cvs for years.
