The only pharmacy I’ve had continuous issues with. Every month there is another reason why they can’t fill my same monthly prescriptions. They always blame the provider and never themselves. It’s becoming obnoxious. They send messages that the prescription is ready and then you show up there and your script isn’t ready or something is off with your doctor. Not to mention you are always in a line for 15 minutes or more

If I could give zero stars I would. I've had some form of an issue or another getting a medication filled the last 4 times that I've used them. They say that a doctor didn't write a diagnosis code so they can't fill a script, so I have the doctor resend, I've even had the doctor call and speak to the pharmacist personally and resend with a diagnosis code. Then they'll say that they'll fill and even give you a time but not actually do it. You wont find this out until you've already driven up there, forget getting a courtesy call.Oh, and don't even try and call them because that's a hot mess. At best you'll be able to leave a VM with a commitment that they'll call you back. That won't happen.Bottom line.... they're understaffed and undertrained. The scary part is that it's so bad that it borders on negligence. How they can treat patients/customers so horribly and still be in business I have no idea.

The pharmacy is absolutely NOT helpful at all. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for a few days now, left multiple voicemails in regards of having a prescription of mine filled by them instead of using an old pharmacy 30mins away. I haven’t gotten one phone call back after leaving these voicemails. The fact that I know it only takes the pharmacist at CVS and the pharmacist at my old doctor ONE phone call to fulfill my prescription transfer request is mind blowing. I’ve always used the app to help make this transfer happen, and it says “information needed” and that I need to contact CVS. Not sure how I’m supposed to get ahold of the pharmacy if they never return phone calls. I highly suggest you avoid using this pharmacy especially people that need their prescriptions filled in a consistent timed manner.

The worst pharmacy, they know what it means to wait for a baby for 40 minutes for a medicine when there are two men doing nothing on November 11, 2023 at 3:33 am for a medicine that means pouring water on a powder. I do not recommend this pharmacy and it seems that He is someone constant so look at his rating

Pharmacy is such a pain. Every single time they tell us they can't flavor our kid's medication. I tell them they do it every month, and then they come back and give it to me. Never say they did it, nothing. It's not done the same each time and it takes a week for her to get used to the "new" medication.

I don't typically write 1 star reviews but when it comes to medical incompetence people need to know to stay away. I was told by a medical professional at CVS that my insurance worked through CVS and so i ordered my antibiotic there. When I went to the counter they said that they would have to transfer it and that it would take a maximum of 24 hours which is already a bad start. I wait the 24 hours for my antibiotics to be transferred and they still haven't and all calls are going to their voicemail. It's now been 48 hours and I still do not have my antibiotics so I'll continue to get sicker because of several people's lack of competence. Stay away if you care for your health.

They refuse to answer the phone and lie about the time a prescription will be ready. I’ve been waiting on my prescription for over 10 hours. I’ve went twice, they said “30 mins” each time. I’m in pain and this is ridiculous.

I went to pick up my prescription at CVS. Text me that it was available. I went to the drive-through, thinking that it would be faster. There was one car ahead of me. Took them about 15 minutes to finish with that vehicle. I was up next, but apparently it was their lunchtime and they couldn’t take care of me. This is insane. How are you going to have a line of vehicles waiting outside to get their prescription instead of helping or telling them , just go to lunch? I was sitting there for a few minutes until I hit the call button and it told me they have went off to lunch. It’s common courtesy to tell the line of vehicles sitting outside, waiting for you, Assistant that you are going to lunch. They have one piece of paper saying they go to lunch for 130 to 2:30 PM but it’s being overseen with all the other papers they have on the window. I am reconsidering changing my pharmacy to Walgreens again which is across the street from this CVS

This place absolutely sucks. Can't get scripts filled. One excuse after another. They never answer the phone, can't leave vm because mailbox is full. A absolute waste of time and gas waste

Horrible example of CVS. Staff is not trained properly and very rude; they seem to forget they're in the customer service industry ? The Minute Clinic there is also understaffed and not trained to handle anything medically related. I hope CVS reads this, swaps out the staff and help train these individuals to succeed under their brand.
