I love the shoe crew that works in DTLR. I always can find what I need and I'm always greeted upon arrival. I'm a loyal customer! I just love DTLR.

Unfortunately, my experience with this DTLR location has been very disappointing. Phone calls go unanswered, and in-store staff often seem uninformed about products or policies. During my visit, employees were eating, using inappropriate language, and appeared annoyed when approached for assistance. The overall customer service here feels unprofessional and unwelcoming.

This location is horrible. I ask the young lady do they have a shoe in stock. ( Mind you she is on the phone the whole time talking to her friend. ON SPEAKER!). Showed her the shoe. Oh we dont have it. I yes you do they had them at the Richmond, VA location. Oh it's custom. No it not. Then I ask can you order them front the VA location. She then says no we can't. WHAT!!! She was a manager and totally useless.

Horrible customer service! I started my Christmas shopping in October and when i went to wrap my gifts I noticed that shoes were the wrong size. I had my receipt but I was 7 days past the return policy, so they refused to switch the shoes for the correct size. The shoes that they still carry in the store for the same purchase price, I justed needed the correct size. It was more upsetting because I asked for a 5.5 in women's and was sold a 5.5 Youth which was not comparable size. The staff was unwilling to provide a resolution. I called the customer service number she provided and have not received a call back from the central office. Unfortunately, I did not proceed with my clothing purchase due to this poor customer service. As a business they missed out on a $2500.00 sale because they were unwilling to do an even exchange on $65 shoes. Bad business.

Absolutely ridiculous. My family and I were a few businesses down from DTLR celebrating my sons 12th birthday dinner at Vallarta restaurant He asked if he and his friend could go down to dtlr and look at the prices of their ethika underwear. I said sure. They have their phones with tracking on them so I thought no worries. They come back and my son’s friend bought a pair of the ethika underwear. I said oh how much were they he said $26. WHATTTTTTT was my reply. I said that’s ridiculous for one pair of underwear. His friend opened up the top of the package and said oh it looks like there are a couple pairs. So he took the underwear out of the package and they were huge and only one pair. The package said size medium, M on the package. They were adult size medium obviously. Way too big for a 11 year old boy (now I did not know he was going to buy anything or I would have went with them). They went back to the store to get his money back or exchange them for a youth medium. They came back and said they won’t exchange or return them because the package was opened. This was all within 30 minutes of the purchase and back to return them. So I went down to the store and I was told the same thing. There isn’t any of this information on the receipt or on the package stating that if package is opened there are no returns or exchanges. No where in the store does it say anything about returns NOTHING. So this sales lady took advantage of a young 11 year old boy and sold him an adult size pair of underwear. What a shame. The girl told me her manager will be in on Monday that I can come back and discuss it with her. I’m in shock of how he was treated and myself too. #ethika #shameonyou I will never purchase anything from this store I only have one star because you had to in order to leave a review. I give this store a huge zero

Employees are rude. No one greets you when you walk in. And when picking up online orders it takes entirely too long. I shouldn’t be standing at the counter for 20 mins waiting on an order that said it was ready in the email. This is the only location I have an issue at.

SCAMMERS ! Even with a receipt you cannot return items. Only way can be returned is if you use a “credit card “

Small light/darker tone employee was very rude, she picks favorites and only sells release shoes to who she wants, came in and she refused to sell my girlfriend a pair saying “1 per person” when we are 2 different people. She spoke as if we are 1 person, made no sense whatsoever definitely not going there again❌
