Absolutely ridiculous. My family and I were a few businesses down from DTLR celebrating my sons 12th birthday dinner at Vallarta restaurant He asked if he and his friend could go down to dtlr and look at the prices of their ethika underwear. I said sure. They have their phones with tracking on them so I thought no worries. They come back and my son’s friend bought a pair of the ethika underwear. I said oh how much were they he said $26. WHATTTTTTT was my reply. I said that’s ridiculous for one pair of underwear. His friend opened up the top of the package and said oh it looks like there are a couple pairs. So he took the underwear out of the package and they were huge and only one pair. The package said size medium, M on the package. They were adult size medium obviously. Way too big for a 11 year old boy (now I did not know he was going to buy anything or I would have went with them). They went back to the store to get his money back or exchange them for a youth medium. They came back and said they won’t exchange or return them because the package was opened. This was all within 30 minutes of the purchase and back to return them. So I went down to the store and I was told the same thing. There isn’t any of this information on the receipt or on the package stating that if package is opened there are no returns or exchanges. No where in the store does it say anything about returns NOTHING. So this sales lady took advantage of a young 11 year old boy and sold him an adult size pair of underwear. What a shame. The girl told me her manager will be in on Monday that I can come back and discuss it with her. I’m in shock of how he was treated and myself too. #ethika #shameonyou I will never purchase anything from this store I only have one star because you had to in order to leave a review. I give this store a huge zero

Employees are rude. No one greets you when you walk in. And when picking up online orders it takes entirely too long. I shouldn’t be standing at the counter for 20 mins waiting on an order that said it was ready in the email. This is the only location I have an issue at.

SCAMMERS ! Even with a receipt you cannot return items. Only way can be returned is if you use a “credit card “

Small light/darker tone employee was very rude, she picks favorites and only sells release shoes to who she wants, came in and she refused to sell my girlfriend a pair saying “1 per person” when we are 2 different people. She spoke as if we are 1 person, made no sense whatsoever definitely not going there again❌

The manager is rude and only sells to who she wants to. After donating a toy in the toy drive to secure my pair of cool grey 11’s she refused to let me buy them simply because I didn’t have my ticket but she signed me up the day before so she knew exactly who I was and I had a valid ID with me. Her not giving me my shoe was just flat out rude because she was able to verify who I was. She said she was just “following the rules” but the whole point of the rules are really just to verify people are picking up THEIR shoe and not anyone else’s. She knew exactly who I was. That shoe is very hard to get and my boyfriend gave me the money to buy them as an early Christmas gift. He even went the next morning to try to buy my pair because it had to be unclaimed since she didn’t let me buy them but apparently they were sold so she sold MY pair that I paid $20 for (the price of the toy I donated). She knows she was wrong! Shame on you.

I wasn’t rushed ignored or short talked ‘JAHAR’ was professional, courteous and willing to help, he answered all my questions without hesitation, checked the system to make sure he was giving me the correct information, went back got a ladder to get items I wanted to purchase all with a SMILE ! Thank you JAHAR/DTLR you should share his characteristics with the workers at the 2323 Hillsborough/22nd location (RUDE& UNPROFESSIONAL)

manager refuses to sell to me. trying to buy 2 completely different shoes. Not cursing not rude. but she was extremely rude for no reason. i said hey what size in this shoe? we can’t sell to you. my moneys good as anyone else right? card, cash whatever. manager refuses to sell shoes. i’m sure so they can back door them.

Brand new shoes shouldn't look worn or bent up especially when I asked for them to be switched out before the purchase this sucks they saw I was in a rush so they didn't care because I clearly asked for another shoe altogether and ended up with the same bent up shoe when I get home ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
