This was a referral to me. And I was asked to go to Tina. I wanted to see something simple. Try for the first time and actually I loved her hospitality. I love the way that she asked me. What did I want to make sure that my length and everything that she did was perfect. This experience was more intimate than any other nail tech I’ve dealt with. I love my nails and thank you. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Simple and not thick inside. And not that expensive. I’ve paid a lot more for a little longer, but this experience and cost was very appreciated. They did a horrible job on my French pedicure. It was very rushed and tried to tell me it would be $20 extra for them to do my French thinner because it was too thick.

I started coming to them when I moved to Tampa..service has always been subpar and the quality of nails they provide is decent.. However, I stopped going to them since March because of the lack luster service and quality. I spend $100 every visit which is every 2 weeks. I recently went back to them for a very quick service (polish change[French black] and 2 big two soak offs plus polish french nails).. this service took 3 hours. I waited patiently... because the co-owner TINA got frustrated with my requests of her wanting to do my French the right way she told me to just pay for my toes which were done poorly and she agreed to fix them after my nails. Overall bad service. Bad business. She didn't really want to do my nails and instead of saying she can't do this style she removed my polish and denied me service for no reason. Very poor behavior and amplifies why she almost got beat up another customer. I will never ever go back to this business and I will never recommend anybody does. I never make these kinds of reviews but this business is a very disgusting poorly ran establishment.
