I called State Farm yesterday to address a frustrating situation and was transferred to Ashley. Within moments, she clearly understood the issue and went above and beyond to resolve it. I’ll admit, I was emotionally charged due to the circumstances, but Ashley’s calm and helpful approach quickly put me at ease.
It’s refreshing to speak with a representative who not only communicates effectively but also treats people with kindness and tact. I truly hope State Farm recognizes how valuable Ashley is to the team.

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had with Ashley.
This was my first time shopping for different auto insurance as I just turned 25. Ashley made the process so easy and quick. I made an inquiry for this specific agency because my fiancé is also through them as well, so they were able to accommodate to some discounts because we are in the same household etc. I have now been able to drop my monthly insurance from $329 with Geico to $149 with State Farm. I'm still in shock of how great my rate came out to be. Thank you again Ashley for your help. I am very happy to have chosen State Farm.

I recently spoke with insurance representative Chris T. regarding a few inquires I had about my current policy. Chris was actively engaged while addressing my questions/concerns. He was attentive and patient. I found him to be very knowledgeable in meeting my insurance needs. With that being said, I will definitely ask for Chris' assistance in the future.

I have been with Mark Wilson State Farm since I moved to Tampa in 1988. I have never even considered changing Insurance. I have both (2)auto policies and my homeowner's insurance with St Farm. Mark and his team are so down to Earth and have always treated me with respect, understanding and patience. Always fair rates that are equal or lower than competing insurance companies. Mark has had my back and earned my trust over all these years. I live my life not having to worry about insurance, and one less worry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional setting. I am in such a dire financial situation and this place is to blame. I was insured with statefarm and this agent previously by my policy lapsed because I fell on hard times(no work). My license was facing suspension due to not having insurance. The agent told me as long as I make a payment on the 18th my policy would be reinstated. I sold what I could, pawned what I could until I got the money up to make that payment. They happily took my payment. Couple days go by and I'm told it's processing call again next week. I get a hold of them today to find out that it was declined but they could use the money for a new quote. Okay no big deal.. I wait a few minutes and get a new call saying they can no longer cover me and will send the money back by check. Welp guess whose license will be suspended by then. So when I'm laid off, broke, kid having less food on the table, hope these guys are happy taking the blame. Do yourself a favor and avoid them
