My car was having issues with A/C, so I took it to a franchised company. They quoted me a ridiculous amount and stated my car needed multiple repairs. I brought it into Hi-Tech Auto and told them I wanted a second opinion. Not only did they fix my original issue, but they did not upsell me on anything extra I didn’t want/need. The cost was also a fraction of the original cost quoted at the first company, which was amazing. I had the pleasure of being helped by Genell and Kevin who were so friendly and helpful!!! Hi-Tech Auto has made a life long customer!!! Thank you guys!!!!”

I thought I had written a review prior, but I needed to come on here and say p&m has integrity. I have been here before as my significant other and their family recommended.. As someone who has no idea about cars, it’s intimidating going to a mechanic. Always scared if they are being honest and P&M has been nothing but more than honest and helpful. From fitting me in when they are booked, so they can at least look at it so I can have an answer. They go above and beyond. If I ever move out of the Brandon area, I will still call p&m first!”

“This is not our first time to Clarke, yet the first time with my 2023 Mazda CX5. All I’ve had to do so far is oil changes and air filter changes for maintenance.
I was told by Ferman Mazda Brandon that my vehicle needed $3800 in repairs ASAP; that it wasn’t safe to drive because of a suspension “gasket” than was worn. What?! A gasket or bushing doesn’t last even 50k miles!? The dealership also wanted $500 to water test my vehicle. There was a funky smell like mold/mildew with NOthing wet inside my car. Sunroof drain tubes worked perfectly. So dang frustrating!! I didn’t have faith in them.
Becky with Clarke Automotive is my new bestie! We’d talked several times about my husband’s vehicle. She personally checked for the smell several times as well as the mechanic. We decided to sanitize the a/c condenser. That helped.
Nothing the dealership said was necessary was. Not one thing.
All this to say, Clarke Automotive and their entire staff are exceptional!! Becky and Billie Jo are excellent front people for the company. They are personable, knowledgeable and honest as well as appreciate and honor the owners of the company. Go to Clarke Automotive in Brandon. You’ll be glad you did and so will your bank account.”

If you know who the Car Wizard is Brian is the area's local version except he doesn't taste the fluids.

“Honest, fairly priced, readily available, and timely repair for my rear brake job that I finally needed on my 2019 Ford Fusion. The auto shop may appear in a bit of disarray on initial inspection, but there are significant indications that Mr Bailey is fully in control of everything that matters. I’ll definitely return for future service needs.”

“The mechanics were nice, knew what they were doing, showed me the old air filter they took out and new one they put in, showed me the dipstick after they were done with my oil change, and cleaned my windshield. They also checked my tires for air, and topped off my fluids. It was costly bc my car is full synthetic, but they offered a coupon I was able to use to help with the payment. I will return to the Brandon, FL location!”

“My carpet was soaked on the left side, both front and back. I called them to explain the problem they said bring the car right in. I did so and the lot was completely full. They moved cars around and worked on it while I waited 15 minutes. They said that the drainage hose from the skylight was clogged, and they blew it out to clear it. They said it was no charge and I was in and out in 20 minutes!”
“They have been my only mechanic for a few years after the recommendation from another old jeep owner that I meet by coincidence driving by a house with a old jeep and owner outside. She told me to go to bennetts instead of the one I was using (1st gear) and have been going there every since..he has done so many problems with my 04 wrangler to keep it on the road.im pleased with the work”
