I’ve used Cube smart twice now. And recently had to downsize our unit. Staff was very helpful, understanding, and overall just great customer service. I have no complaints whatsoever.

No I would never recommend this storage location to anyone. I rented a unit for about three months, and by the time I returned on the third month, it was in terrible condition — there was rodent feces all over and signs of moisture damage. The pictures I took didn’t even do it justice; the smell and filth were unbelievable. When I first received the unit, it was already dirty, and I had to buy my own cleaning supplies just to make it usable. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable. This place is pure trash and not worth your time or money.

My section was involved in the massive fire on March 5. Although John and Kasey have been supportive, no one has been allowed in to see how the fire effected our possessions. The owners need to get it together quicker to get us in. I have no idea if everything is destroyed, or if I possibly have any family heirlooms remaining. It's very frustrating.
August update. We were finally able to access my unit. CubeSmart had a team of men cleaning out other, less damaged spaces and they allowed them to go in to mine. 90% of it was burned but they were able to get a few totes worth of stuff for me to go through. Kasey was wonderful and took pictures, so I finally had closure! She was a tremendous help!

Kasey, the manager, was very helpful and informative. It was easy. There was a “deal” for first month free and bc we only needed a month, I only paid for admin fee and insurance! Easy access close to USF Campus!
