I’d give 0 stars if I could. These people are CROOKS!! If you have your things in storage for more than a year they will raise your rates over and over. I had belongings with them for 5+ years and was paying $300 a month for the same unit everyone else is paying less than $100 for. Plus the entire ceiling collapsed onto all my belongings and all I was told was “oh well, we just manage the property, and have no access to rented units”. Didn’t offer a discount, or any assistance about it at all. CROOKS!!! Go somewhere else if you need long term!!!

Kasey and John were great helpers. I had no issues with this storage. I highly recommend them to all people, especially students.

Great place for students to hold stuff over the summer. On the cheaper side but parts of the roofing on the inside had fallen on my stuff. The staff though is so sweet and was always so helpful when I was there!

VERY friendly, helpful service. Building is a little older but looks clean and well-cared for. Price was great and location is perfect for me.

Management is horrible. Extremely unprofessional. The facility isn't well kept either. Oh, and top of that the $75 rent increase every 3 months is ridiculous. I've used several storages over the years and THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORAGE FACILITY!! Don't be deceived by the promotions. You will regret it
