The facility has rats, you can smell the feces. Just look up you’ll see the rat traps. People move out because their belongings get eaten and ruined by feces.

Disgusting. We got a unit here pretty shortly after it opened. Within a few years, the place has become filthy. It smells terrible, especially on the 2nd floor where our unit is. And we just got our Christmas decorations out for the season to find our unit COVERED in rat feces. Not only that, but the rats ate through a box filled with my wife's childhood memorabilia. But hey, they reduced our rent by $10/month as a consolation. We're claiming it on our insurance, which I'm sure will be like pulling teeth, and then we're getting the hell outta there. Don't even waste your time or money looking here.

Like to thank Mr. Harry and Mrs. Shea for helping me at my unit here on East Fowler.,, Whenever I come here, they’re both so sweet and helpful for me.
I was very troublesome about my door being jammed,,, They told me not to worry they would have maintenance. Help me get my door open.. I was so relieved with their kindness., I highly recommend this public storage here on Fowler. But most important the two people that you meet here, Mr. Harry and Mrs. Shea they are so kind and sweet. Anybody looking for a place to store your items is very safe and very convenient location

The staff was absolutely amazing at this location. The problem I have is that there is only one elevator working for the whole building and the drive inside gate is broken. Others have said these problems have been there for months without any repairs.

You don't want to keep thing in this storage. The gate where you enter to put your things to the storage is always out of work. In an emergency call, manager never answers your calls. You have to wait until she comes to the office. Having issue at the storage, nobody can attend you. The only person who can answer your questions is not there for you. What a customer service

I would appreciate it if the unpleasant odor from the cat litter could be eliminated on the second floor. Additionally, we require more sturdy flatbed carts; ideally, more than two that are in good working order. My time here is limited.

RATS RUINED THE MAJORITY OF MY THINGS. Family heirlooms, mattresses, rugs, baby crib, antique bed frame.. all ruined. I had to throw out SO MANY of my things. I’m just so heartbroken. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to let their customers know that there was a vermin issue— I had to find out through a random visit in December, and it was too late at that point. Insurance paid out only $150 ($250 minus $100 deductible— which barely covered the cost to get a moving truck). The entire place smells like a barn from the urine/feces and the one elevator smells like a homeless man urinated in there. It makes me ill every time I’ve had to go there. Customer service is terrible. The guy who works the front desk is extremely nonpersonable and borderline just rude (he told me that I should “just expect things like that to happen at places like that” when I brought this to his attention in early January), and I got zero help from the district manager when I called. There is literally rat feces EVERYWHERE. I’ve got video of three of them running the halls from today. When I tell you that this whole situation has been nothing short of a disaster.. I mean it. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
