Spoke to Cindy in reference to a prescription that was back ordered from the manufacturer. She did not offer to check any other pharmacy. I called around and found the medication at another Publix pharmacy. She should have been more vigilant to check other pharmacies. I think this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

It's absolutely annoying that I waited 15mins until it was my turn because Publix Deli is always understaffed.....they had one person working on online orders and the other attending the rest. Once it's my turn, I asked for a chickens tender sub. The young girl walks away to look for some and then informs me there's none for another 15mins. She didn't even offer any solutions which reflects her training and management is responsible for her poor customer service. What kind of management is this. I stopped doing online orders because they were wrong or never ready when I get there. Instead of having a pita chips display, why doesn't Publix add two more sandwich stations and more staff....But in all honestly, they should be communicating to each other if they ran out of food. Like I said it's poor management.

Stopped at the 4425 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa Publix for the first time for salad and cold cuts. My initial impression was that the store was nice and clean with well stocked shelves, but the deli food quality didn't measure up. The line at the deli counter was so long, I opted for some pre-cut selections: * Boar's Head Deluxe Top Round Roast Beef @ $14.99/lb. I've had more flavorful cardboard. Glad I only bought 1/2 lb. * Boar's Head Domestic Provolone $11.99/lb This was flavorless and plasticky. * Boar's Head Tavern Ham $12.99/lb. Pretty good ham but flavor obscured by excessive sugar. All three deli products were very well packaged in the best resealable bags I have ever encountered. The Produce Department was impressive: neat, clean, orderly with attractive presentation of all foods. Found Pickapeppa Sauce in the Grocery aisle -- alas $4.59 for 5 0z. Too dear for essentially concentrated Worcestershire Sauce. Check Out was speedy thanks to a conscientous scanner. You better help her with the bagging lest you end up with your goods being mingled with the next customer's.

Publix is our go-to grocery store. We have shopped at various branches and have never had any complaints. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist customers with any questions or needs. The stores are consistently clean and well-organized with clear aisle markings indicating the location of each grocery item. What sets Publix apart is its bakery section. Hand-made breads and fresh produce are always delicious, and their cakes are our personal favorite. Overall, we highly recommend Publix for your grocery needs. I have always had a hassle-free checkout experience at Publix, aided by their diverse payment options. Additionally, their loyalty program offers users discounts upon signup. What's more, I have consistently found Publix products to be fresh and of high quality, making shopping there a great experience.

Would give higher reviews but one employee Cindy is rude and has no compassion. Whether it's asking if a med is ready or explaining any urgent care. Been going here for roughly 5 years and it's just better to hang up and hope you can call on a different day that she's not there.

I wish Publix management taught their new hires how to treat their customers. In the past, you'd get at least a smile or acknowledgement that you'd made your transaction but not anymore. Today no word from cashier. I initiated a thank you and I received a dead pan stare from her. Last week same thing except the cashier said "yep" after I thanked her for ringing me up. At least she made clear her feelings about her job. This is yet another reason these kids are going to be the reason automaton takes over. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. Sad. It all starts at the top. There are still some polite people working there and hopefully they'll rub off on these new snobs.

Lotto line is ALWAYS delayed by a red headed lady, Kim. Just describing her so you know who it is. She's slow to count, always requires additional support, never very friendly. Not sure why they don't take her off these duties as she ties up the line and never seems to improve in the 2+ years of going to this location. I only go here because it is close, but with all the delays, her lack of training or lack of comprehending how to perform her job function, this is a deal killer. I could easily drive 15 miles away and be done in the same amount of time that it takes her to reconcile her multiple counts and have her coworkers solve her repeated missteps. (Loading register paper, lotto machine jamming, etc) fix this issue or just put her behind a register where no counting takes place and this location is easily three or four stars. Management, get with it and get Kim away from the little line, she's a mess! P.S. So after she acknowledges me, no remorse for the super long wait or the delay she is directly responsible for, she proceeds to help me with an unpleasant attitude, and then complains to her coworker that she is about to go on break. Listen, you are making people wait through your own lack of understanding of your job functions so if I have to wait, the least you could do is greet us kindly and also not complain about your break coming up. The issue is you're killing hours on the clock and causing customer displeasure. Not sure how she still has a job.

I love this Publix. A new cashier, Anita was very nice and helpful. Management has also been very friendly and accommodating. Brett is the only name I remember but he is so friendly and always smiling. Great place to shop!

Publix Pharmacy tries hard but they are not a 'full' pharmacy like CVS, Walgreens, etc. They simply don't carry the full range of medicines or over the counter supplies. I'm leaving this review after they were unable to sell me ethyl rubbing alcohol, but in the past they have not sold aspirin and I've had to turn to CVS for my mom's scripts such as a common prescription blood thinner. This review is because they should be a complete pharmacy, instead what you get is a partial grocery store pharmacy that tries their best but is incomplete.

Do not have any prescriptions filled here. I am a nursing professional my daughter had her prescription transferred from Land O Lakes to this location due to moving. She was treated with such disrespect and judgement. The "pharmacy Tech" told her it was scary that she was trying to get her prescription filled early when she was just transferring it. This is a blatant example of prejudice and unprofessionalism on the part of this Publix location. Do yourself a favor and go some where else. There are those that need to be on controlled substances. My daughter suffers from epilepsy. Never allow anyone to pass judgement on your medical condition.
