What really stood out to me was seeing preschoolers actively working on sight words in a way that was fun and developmentally appropriate. As a former educator, I truly value strong early learning foundations, and it was clear that learning here is both intentional and engaging.

The biggest highlight for me was my daughter’s reaction. She immediately jumped into the classroom and joined the group without hesitation. When we asked her to come with us to continue the tour, she told us “no” because she was “in class.” That moment spoke volumes. She is typically more reserved in new environments, so seeing her feel comfortable, confident, and excited so quickly was a huge and meaningful surprise.

Not only was it CHEAPER, but I did not have ANY incident issues. The other daycare had children with behavior issues and the staff turnover was crazy. The staff at Kids R Tops have been there for YEARS. Mrs.J and Mrs.Teresa treat you like family. You can easily discuss anything with them and they take the time to get to know each family. The environment is both inclusive and diverse. I cannot recommend the VPK ran by Mrs.Louise and Mrs.Marelis enough. Both teachers put so much thought and care into this program. My daughter can also be a bit sensitive and I was so impressed on how they worked with her on emotional days. Since attending my child is more confident, social and eager to learn. Cannot thank this place enough, especially as a first time mom.”

“We have been with The Peacock Plume since October, and we absolutely love it! My daughter is in the infant room, and the care and love she receives every single day has been incredible. As a mom of four and a teacher myself, I was very hesitant about daycare after having a negative experience with traditional childcare in the past.

I decided to take a chance after visiting some in home ones that I just did not have a good feeling about. I schedule a tour, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, every employee was so warm and welcoming. What was supposed to be a quick 20-minute tour turned into over an hour of conversation because everyone made me feel so comfortable. It truly feels like one big family.

My daughter loves it there so much, and I feel completely at ease dropping her off each morning because she always goes in with a huge smile and is excited to see her teachers. That peace of mind means everything to me.

We love The Peacock Plume so much that we are even adjusting our move to make sure we can continue bringing her there every day. I genuinely feel like her teachers love and care for her almost as much as I do, and that is priceless.

I was also a little confused by another comment I read saying the employees are hostile toward each other because that has been the complete opposite of my experience. I have never once seen teachers upset with one another or any type of animosity. All I have ever witnessed is teamwork, support, and people helping each other. They truly are one big happy family. As a teacher myself, I can honestly say I have seen hostile work environments before, and this is absolutely not one of them.”

“My son has been attending Castles of Imagination for about 6 months now and it’s one of the best decisions we have made as parents. He is 4 with special needs and is flourishing beyond words. He is integrated with neurotypical children and we are absolutely thrilled with the growth we’ve seen in him in such a short time. Since attending he no longer uses his adaptive stroller but socializes, sits at a table and chair with his peers to have snack and do planned activities. They even got him to nap on DAY ONE (he had never napped at the place he attended previously)! Ms. Tina and her team have built a very special place and their love, care and desire to help every child succeed is one of a kind. Castles has been such a blessing for us and we are excited to continue to see our son thrive there.”

“Both infant room and preschool have great teachers. They both have curriculum of various activities and learning objectives they offer daily. Classrooms are very clean. Initially , I was having issues about the feeding schedule being followed for my baby. However, management stepped in very fast to offer help after I left a review raising my concerns. They always have time to tell me how he did each day and are always very friendly.
