“We loved our experience at this Kindercare location, especially after the switch to their new director. She has been engaging with the center, very positive, and responsive. My son entered in the infant room and transitioned to the toddler room here and all the teachers have been great, going the extra step to make the rooms fun and were pretty accommodating. We unfortunately had to leave as we moved farther away but we had a wonderful time at this center!”

The staff and administrators are quick to answer questions and address issues with grace and tact. The teachers seem to enjoy their jobs, as we are always greeted with smiles. “This has been by far one of the best learning facilities I’ve seen. For me I think that comes from the staff they have and the way the genuinely care for the children. My son has grown up with so many of the teachers here that they feel like family. Anybody with small child know that some days drop offs don’t go as planned. So teachers like Ms. Lisa who are there in the morning encourage him to feel comfortable coming into the classroom. She’s very nurturing and greets him just like family would and before long he’s laughing and enjoying himself and has long forgot about me having to leave. During the day he’s spending time with his fav teachers Ms. Marq’ala and Ms. Isayna. (I know there are more that he loves) but he tells me these are his favorites ? and he has learned so much from them and is always excited to show me what he’s learned. From manners to his numbers and alphabet, to writing his name and drawing; his growth is amazing I couldn’t be more pleased. And I don’t think I could make it without the help of Ms. Casha I swear she always has my back and keeps me on my toes. I’m a busy mom and I forget a lot but when it comes to TLE events, announcements and updates. She goes above and beyond to help us parents stay connected. I swear I love this Center and the staff. I cannot say enough good things about them.. ❤️”

My 3.5 yr old and 14 month old have both been attending for several months.Ms Eboni and Ms Aiyana are so great with communication and sending lots of pics throughout the day. My 14 month old lights up when he sees them.Ms Kira and Ms Ashley are wonderful and PATIENT with my 3 yr old who has a lot of new, big feelings. They have been great in helping her and us navigate these new feelings.Special mentions - Ms Caroline, Ms Jadah, Ms Rayvn, Ms Stephanie, Ms Chantel and Mr Devon are all so amazing as well. “I went for a tour today so I can enroll my five year old into VPK and summer camp. Unfortunately, he is a bit too young for summer camp and their availability for VPK was full. We are currently transitioning into public school, so everything is new to us. The staff were very helpful and incredibly considerate with providing the proper information to me. My son has been in advanced homeschooling programs up until now, so it is a new adventure for both of us. While I am saddened that we were not a good fit for O2B Kids South Westshore, we still received excellent attention and assistance regarding our new adventure into public school enrollment. “We have two children enrolled here. We've been apart of the infant, preschool, and prek classrooms. The caring, comforting demeanor of the staff—both classroom and administrative—is what sets Primrose School of Carrollwood apart. I truly appreciate how the classroom staff communicates and keeps us informed (both in person and through the app) of the overall well-being of our children and the learning that takes place throughout the day. “I’m so thankful to have my boys at TLE Brandon! The staff treat them like family and my boys are so happy to be there. My infant is in Mrs. Alison’s class, along with Mrs. Cel and Ms. Kiana. They are amazing, I cannot say enough about them! He literally jumps out of my arms to get to Mrs. Cel in the mornings. My toddler started out in Ms. Yanissa’s class with the help of Ms. Keeleih (who he is obsessed with) and has now transitioned to Preppers with Ms. Yudanis and Ms. Prachi. They all have been so patient with him and I can tell he truly feels loved by all of them. Their L.E.A.P curriculum has helped both of them thrive and learn at a fast pace. My toddler is great with his ABCs and is now counting extremely well. He has become very independent and proud of his accomplishments and my infant is already starting to talk and learning sign language, it makes me so happy to see. I love this center so much and everyone in it.”

“This is a fantastic location - involved staff that is present so when you drop off or pickup, you are able to speak with someone in the front staff. They love kids. All necessary food and drinks are provided. We adore the kitchen staff too! Even Ms. Jamilla (probably didn’t spell it right, sorry!) knows our kids and greets them with open arms. Sometimes there are rough drop off days and the entire team, including front & kitchen staff, is willing to help out (Kaitlin, Morgan, Meghan). They are so kind. Daily summaries are in the app, and are concise but informative. They provide pictures as well if you want them. We are grateful the Lord sent us to this location when our previous daycare unexpectedly & temporarily shut its doors.”

Ms. Tammie (Tamara I think is her full name but could be wrong) and Mr. Liz (Elizabeth) are great with my child who absolutely loves going to school and have fostered an environment perfect for learning. They always have time to tell me how he did each day and are always very friendly. The Admins have also been incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions, are very patient with me (I ask a ton of questions), and genuinely care about the kids at the school. I could not ask for a better support team than Heather, Lucy, and everyone there.”

“Pepin Academies of Tampa changed our daughters life. She loves going to school now! She has loving, caring, and attentive teachers & staff who always go above and beyond for their students.It’s one of the most amazing school for children with different learning needs. “Very satisfied with my experience at Steam. My oldest started there when she was one went all the way through Vpk. She started kindergarten above level now she's in 2nd grade with a third grade reading level! My second child goes there now she started when she was two. You're always greeted with a smile when you walk in from Ms.Jemese and MsJessica. Sometimes my elderly mom has to pick up my daughter and Ms. Jemese will go and get her from the class so my mom doesn't have to walk that far. My daughter fell in love with Ms.Cece and Ms.Jackie they know she's not a morning person so they are always ready to get her and comforter her when I drop her off. Ms Jackie even did her hair for her birthday because she asked. This year she is in VPK with Ms. Sandra and Ms. Jackie they take great care of all the kids and challenge them with weekly homework. All the faculty from the custodian to the kitchen to the classroom are always professional. STEAM was the best decision!”
