Set up the appointment to replace a modem that was fried in a lighting storm. Got there, checked in and I'd say within 15 mins I was at the desk exchanging for a new one. Easy in and easy out.
The store itself was set up nicely with various products on display. It was clean and neat.

Varied service workplace with sales and service interlaced. One checks in and waits to get called among walk-ins and others with appointments. Some are faulty equipment, others are billing concerns, and yet others new services. Now and then, a customer gets testy.

Store is extremely slow ,short staffed to handle customers coming in. Only 2 people on staff and they take there sweet time.

Always have to wait. Have alot of counters but never have the right amount of customer service to the amount of ppl that come thru that door. I would hire more ppl! Asap

Poor customer service. Spectrum replaced my router, and I was told to go to the store to pick up the replacement router. I was also instructed to return the old router using a label that would be sent to me. After waiting to receive a label, Spectrum customer service called and asked if I could return it to the store. I was happy to do so. Upon going to the store, I was told it had to be mailed, and they could not assist. I called Spectrum to update them and was told to return it to the store as they would accept the return of their router and give me a return receipt. They instructed me to ask the manager if I had an issue. So, today, after an hour's wait, they refused to take the return, and the manager refused to offer assistance or to speak to me.
While the Spectrum service generally meets my needs, the lack of professionalism and service at this particular location is a concern. The agent's suggestion, 'Just go find a UPS Store, take it there, and have them process the return,' is a clear example of poor service. It's unacceptable to have a customer in your building and refuse to service them, especially when they are following the advice given by corporate. When I called corporate from the store to explain, they apologized and acknowledged that this is a recurring issue, with management promising to address it, but it continues to happen.
I guess the silver lining is they can only get better, as it can't get much worse at this location.

Completely convinced this company is trying to see how awful their customer experience can be and still make money. If you are going to this particular location, just make sure you put away 30-45 minutes regardless of however mundane your visit might be. The staff is courteous but be aware they are going to try to sell you something at every juncture of your interaction. I assume this is encouraged by the company. This is my 4th visit to this store and now that I moved to a place that offers anything other than Spectum I hope it is absolutely the last one.

The day before Father's day and they only had 3 employees working. Busy busy busy not willing to spend my Saturday waiting in line.

Bad experience with micheal and the lady next to him. Very unwilling to help and do his job. Just trying to turn in my zumo remote. He would not help me. I had to call customer service twice to finally be told I didn't have to turn it in. He should have known that simple answer. He was rude and would not give his last name so I could report him to customer service. What attitude in tge store between him and his co worker. I will never visit the store again and I am a lost customer for good this time. Thanks alot micheal.

If you have an appointment, they take care of you very well, if you don't have one, stop by the hospital.
