2 reps, don't care about your time if you sign in. They allow people to by pass line and go infront of every one.... Spent well over an hour waiting to return my equipment and cancel.... Good riddance!!!!!

Best customer service from any spectrum store I've ever been to. Walk in and immediately was help by Devin who went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Even stayed past closing to make sure i had everything set up. Thank you so much Devin for everything! You are absolutely the best and deserve a raise

I needed to replace equipment, but this no longer happens through the mail with Spectrum. I had to go to a spectrum store, and it was a horrible experience.The wait is too long at spectrum stores now. One man told me he was waiting for 2 hours, and he was not at the top of the list. Spectrum has sacrificed costumer service when they expanded into cell phone service. It takes too long to process people signing up for a cell phone service. Strangely enough, most people there just needed to deal with equipment. The people looking for cell phones service held up the line.If it wasn't for my apartment complex, I would switch to a carrier that focuses on home service. Hopefully, they have quicker costumer service.

These guys rock! If you guys need a new phone go ask for Carlos! He went out of his way to assist me, and also other customers while I was waiting in line! He will get you top of the line phones, and at best prices! Go see him if you want to have a great purchasing experience!

The employees try to do their job well but there are very few of them and it is very slow, it can take a long time. I took almost an hour and there were only three people in front of me and two employees.

Terrible customer service, I had to wait over an hour and a half just to get my modem and router swapped out. 4 employees working and the line didn’t move for over 30 minutes.

Its such a frustrating experience dealing with these companies. I recently bought my own modem and was just there to return spectrums equipment and make sure the monthly wifi charge gets removed. When I arrived I was 12th on the walk in list with 3-4 individuals with appointments showing up while I was there. At least half the walk ins got frutsturated and left.I was there for more than an hour and a half. It took less than 2 minutes to actually return the equipment when it was my turn. There has to be a faster way to get returns/swaps done. In the end I may still have to end up calling to make sure the wifi charge gets taken off my account as I switched to my own modem less than 24 hours before returning my equipment and apparently multiple same day account changes aren't allowed?

This is the worst spectrum store in Tampa. I have been with them for more than 5 years with services from them. Now I come to change the equipment because it is no longer old and not updated. Having placed an order and without internet in my house for more than 3 days, I come to this store and it turns out that I have to sign up for a list, which I am number 36 and in the store there are not that many people because I am number 10 on the list. It takes 2.5 hours to wait to be served, as it is possible that there are only 3 people and 2 serve you, which takes 40 minutes or more per person. No wonder so many people switch to Frontier. In 30 minutes they have called 3 people, 2 of which were not in the store because they got bored of waiting.

This place is a real deal. Spend more than 2 hours for a 5 min visit; this employees are wasting time like is unbelievable; I do not recommend this place.

Ridiculous wait times while seeing time wasting conversations, sharing laughs. Absolutely no sense that people are waiting in line 2 hours.

They LIE and tell us the kiosk might not be working so their store numbers are better. They turn off the machine and tell us is broken. While we lose hours of our precious time just to pay a bill.
