This is a terrible branch of Truist. Most of the employees here are slow, uneducated, and do not have good customer skills. There is a new lady that works here that is actually a pleasure to deal with, but that is the exception.

I think this branch has so many problems because they don’t have air conditioning. Tellers are sort of mad about that probably lol so they take it out on patrons ?

This bank has a very bad mortgage dept they can not even do basic paperwork with out mistakes. Do not ever use them for a home loan had to reschedule closing three times because of the mistakes.

This bank is horrible. Who holds a Zelle payment for two day?? They give you dates and do not honor them!! Definitely closing accounts!! I’ve never in my life experienced such bad business

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. No one greets you when you walk in. One of the poorly branch reps stared me up and down when I walked in. I go to the teller for my request of needing a temp card. She directs me to sit in the seated area rushingly. Then after 45 mins of waiting Katina or whatever her name is. She is the worst. Declined to give me a temp card because I have a new account. Then she is the one who grilled me when I first walked in and did not ask me anything while I waited.ILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE ENRGY HERE IS LIKE WALKING INTO A DEVILS DEN. Someone bring some holy oil.

Called in today 4/29/22 @ 3:50PM the website shows they close at 6pm! I called and no one answered the phone. Kept ringing to an automated menu, would not give me an operator. I pressed "0" and had to press it 10 times and still no one answered! We use these people for our business! The reason I was calling was we called on Wed 4/27 for someone to call us back about making account changes as we'd lost an employee who has access to our bank!! I need to remove this person from having account access ASAP and apparently this isn't important enough for a manager to call us back in 2 days!!! Come on Truist, you have to be kidding me!! Someone has access to our bank and I need them not to but I can't get anyone to talk to me! I wish I could give a negative number but 1 star was the lowest! We're switching banks after 10 years on Monday! Congrats!

I’ve had Suntrust for over 7 years and now since they’ve switched over to Truist it’s been nothing but a pain the as*. Their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve called 4 times about a particular issue and have waited hours just for someone to pick up place me on hold and never come back to the phone. The issue is still not resolved and I’m on the edge of switching to another bank. This is beyond frustrating. It’s been a whole week and nothing has changed.

Customer Service was Terrible today in the Drive through line I pulled up to withdraw money no cars next to me I sent over my information as usual and pressed the call button no one came for 10 minutes two cars pulled next to me and got service before me and left I still sat there for another 20 minutes until I got My $400 and that’s not the end for the 30 minutes I sat there the landscaping company blew dirt all over my car for at least 20 minutes of the time that I sat there waiting for such a small amount of money the dust and smoke was all throughout the air due to the blower people pulling up couldn’t even roll down there windows for service.

Since switching from SunTrust, services are worse. Hold times over an hour on the phone. Friday afternoon 2 tellers only. No sense of customer service or urgency. I do not know where this bank came from, but, it should go back.

After having Suntrust for years. the switch from Suntrust to Truist has been terrible. Online banking has been a huge pain. Last issue took two days of four calls to resolve with every call on hold for more than an hour. No call back service available. Terrible customer service. Time to move on to another bank. Typing this while on hold over an hour trying to resolve another issue.

This branch became my default branch due to consolidation, and they have been outstanding in making me feel welcome, and attending to my needs on all my accounts.Banking is always personal, and I really appreciate the time they take to make sure my information and accounts are secure. A little extra time isa small price for this amount of customer service. Thank you!

I have banked with Suntrust for 5 years now and they are closing my account for no reason. I have had it with this bank. I've had enough of their incompetent employees, lack of transparency and envasion of my privacy.This company is awful and should not be trusted by anyone who wants their finances to be safe, secure and thriving. PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY.Save yourself the headache and horrible treatment.
