I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR ? It’s just the company as a whole banking is a rip off, people are living paycheck to paycheck and hardly getting by with the minimum and y’all wanna charge people because they don’t have the amount of money YOU want them to have???? And call it maintenance?!?!? There’s nothing to maintain when you make under $50k even then that’s still nothing. Banking is one of Americas biggest scams. If I could afford to let money just sit there and not be touched I would but I have to keep a roof over my head and a family to take care of. Y’all target the lowest income and it’s sad while you become millionaires sitting in offices cashing in on the poor . One day I’ll close this account and never use another bank. Hell might as well go to CHIME. Welcome to America I guess

Lazy and unwilling to help. Close this branch and have the ATM machine only because your employees are sitting chatting and not willing to provide service. Don’t believe me go check it out yourself

Every time you walk in there there’s new faces with zero effort to help out.The lady helped me last time with something was sitting in her office. She looked me in the eye and send someone to tell me that she is not available today.I’ve been to many TD branches and this one is absolutely the worst.Hey Manger, if you ever exist …. try to do something about your service… at least train your staff to pretend to provide service.

I had a lot of trouble with depositing a check with the teller. She behaved like she had no idea what she was doing I spent 49 minutes at her only customer for 1 check. I could have done more with the ATM way faster. ATM would have been less than 5 minutes for the exact same transaction with less paperwork

I have always gotten friendly, complete confidentiality service. This branch is short handed at times. Patience is the key. These days you cannot find anyone that has enough workers. Do not blame the bank, blame society!
