Excellent service by LabCorp staff. Leo was very attentive and explained everything in detail. I would definitely use their services again.

This review is about the labcorp in side Walgreens. The sign states 7am-330pm M-F. This is the 2nd time I've been here for a blood draw and the tech isn't here on time. As I write this its 7:21 and still no tech. Do you guys make your own hrs?Could you please reprimand the tech thats suppose to be here right now ( 10/31/2023) Monday.

Get ready to wait over an hour to get a prescription handed to you. Due to incompetency, I’ve wasted more than 5 hours both on the phone and in line, just trying to get a prescription filled. Do yourself a favor, and use a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy needs to put a sign on the front of the pharmacy window that says YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR FLU SHOTS. Instead my poor 92 year old father had to wait in a long line to finally be told you need an appointment. Total waste of time.

This Walgreens is so slow they give the DMV a run for their money. If you need to call them expect to be on the phone for a loooooong time listening to hold music. I'm changing pharmacies.

This Walgreens pharmacy needs some oversight department because they are going toget someone killed. I have been trying to get my diabetes medication refilled for 3 days. I went into the store& also called and was told by the same female that there's no prescription. I've called my doctor twice and was told the script was sent over. Walgreens please have your employees wear name tags were the customer can see it and get some reliable, mature,knowledge, friendly staff that has good people skilled.****** 4/25/23 update I have called and went into the store . They still are telling me that the doctor office hasn't responded to them. ( which is a lie).I contacted my doctor office and was told that they made a phone call and verbally spoke to someone. Its my diabetes medication. they haven't filled my test strips saying its under review. ( for what?) So my suggestion is don't deal with this location go somewhere else. This is the most Rude,Nasty and very unprofessional place. This location needs a shake up of staffing from the top to the bottom.**** *4/26/23 update, Well I had my prescription transferred to the Fowler location and you want believe this but they are saying the same thing. All Walgreens computer systems are linked together. ******So I guess a pharmacy can ban you whenever you make a complaint against them.***** It makes no sense that people can be so nasty, rude, and unprofessional against anyone. So if you are a senior or anyone shop else where. This experience has been very frustrating, mentally, physically and emotionally,alone with time consuming. I truly don't understand how a company can treat anyone like this.

Only gave 1 star cause I had to leave something. The black girl at the front counter with the bun and glasses is soo rude. She doesn't have any type of customer service whatsoever. Sighing when answering questions and tapping on the screen aggressively was uncalled for.

I have spent 3 hrs 30mins being put on hold. And never got through to an employee in the pharmacy. They occasionally picked up and put me back on hold. Until the ringtone changed and I was booted out forcing me to recall. I have done this 9 times since 5:18pm. There is no excuse for this terrible service.

Go somewhere else if you can. This pharmacy lied to me and withheld my medication for no reason. They had my prescription filled, packaged, and labeled with my name & GoodRx price on Wednesday November 16. At 1:46pm that day I received a notification saying there was an issue with my insurance (I don't have an active health insurance plan right now), but when I called they said the medication was out of stock. "Call us tomorrow." I called back the next day, Thursday November 17, was repeatedly put on hold for 20 minutes, and then the pharmacy tech said she didn't have anything with my name on it. I insisted that my doctor had sent it in yesterday, and mentioned the incorrect notification I received. Suddenly she had my prescription, but claimed the medication was out of stock. "We should be able to fill it tomorrow, but there's no guarantee." I waited until the pharmacy opened at 9am this morning to call, and the tech who answered mumbled something about the medication being on backorder before stepping away from the phone. When she returned, she said "we'll have it ready for you by 11." An hour later I received a notification saying it was ready, so I drove to the pharmacy and waited in line to pick up. Upon receiving my meds I looked at the time stamp that shows when the prescription was filled: Wednesday November 16 at 2:30pm. So basically there was "no guarantee" the pharmacy would be able to sell me my prescription that had already been packaged and waiting while I was without medication. Do these people really get paid?
