Worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Complete trash. Employees on pharmacy keep you on hold for hours only to end the call. Unacceptable when you’re trying to get insurance problems sorted out. Completely unprofessional.

Disgusting treatment by the pharmacy. Currently been on hold for almost 30 minutes and I can hear them laughing between putting me in hold. This place treats you like scum and they could care less , pretty soon they are going to regret this, I promise you that.

Horrible beyond words how unprofessional the pharmacy is. Went through the drive-through once with my grandmother to help her get her prescription. The lady at the window was completely rude wouldn’t even look or have iContact told my grandmother to come back that her prescription wasn’t ready after two days after she already had called it. Every time I have called there I am always placed on hold over 15-20 minutes, with a quick response of whatever it is, the lady says on the phone you can’t even hear what she says because she says it so fast and then throws you on hold again . Also, Jess was on the phone calling the pharmacy as well. 20 minutes put on hold five times on hold. Honestly, if it is too busy of a business there, they need to put more people on staff and if you have people there that do not like their jobs, and they need to be fired let go and find something that makes them happy, because apparently helping customers is not their thing. My grandmother is 89 years old and for the staff to be giving her issues problems and tell her to return on a different timeframe that’s given to her on the phone to pick up her medication. It’s not that easy for an 89-year-old woman come and go . Staff needs to have a little bit more respect towards our customers and towards the elderly and I have seen this number of times and it is absolutely disgusting .

Half the pharmacy employees have a don't care attitude The other half have to deal with it this place is dirty always a long wait on the phone and in person they have way too much on their plate to handle, the store is disgusting it's dirty nasty definitely taking my business elsewhereI feel sorry for some of the employees that work here

This is the WORSE Walgreens that I have ever dealt with, and I’ve been dealing with Walgreens all my life. The Pharmacy text are very rude. They won’t let you finish what they’re saying and they hang up when you call the store your own hole forever and instead of them picking up and saying, could you please hold they pick up and just automatically put you on hold keep picking up and keep putting you on hold They don’t let you finish with your saying before they hang up the phone on you they need to shut this location down. I spoken with a pharmacist in the past about this, and nothing has changed. They need a whole new line of staff members. Their customer service sucks here avoid this location.

I hate calling this pharmacy. It takes over 20 minutes waiting on hold every time to refill a prescription same day. Today I waited on the phone for 40 minutes. Then they have the audacity to be rude to you after waiting all that time. If this wasn’t the closest pharmacy in 5 miles, I wouldn’t go there at all.

This place changed a lot in recent months. Lots of things are out of stock and staff are not told when it will be restocked. Won't be bothered asking anymore. Its only 3 minutes from me but I prefer to drive to the one at Bruce B Downs and Fletcher where I find everything and well stocked. Done with this place. The 3 stars is because some of the staff are really nice.

First I understand they are understaffed and I know it's not the staffs fault. Also the nearby winn dixie pharmacy closed and all patients who didn't switch pharmacies themselves were automatically shuttled over to this place which makes it so so much worse and not this stores fault. That being said when my husband went in to pick up meds a few months back the line was 20 people deep and it took forever. After he came out(i waited in the car cause we had our dog with us) I went in to use the restroom and when I came out a man propositioned me! He asked if I wanted to make a quick $100 and when I said no(he was actually shocked by this) he said how about just for fun then? I hurried past and he called after me but once he saw me getting into the car with my husband he yelled an i'm sorry. Gross! And this was in broad daylight! This place needs security outside. I went yesterday to pick up meds and the line was shorter but extremely slow moving. Given the staffing issues and the line sizes they need to put a policy in place that people cannot shop and then check out a cart full of stuff at the pharmacy(as one woman did last night) even when picking up meds. At minimum an item limit(no more than 2-3 items not counting any meds being picked up). It really isn't fair to those people just waiting for meds. The lady I dealt with was perfectly polite and I no problems in getting my meds. They simply need more people.

I would give zero stars if possible. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's like pulling teeth to get your prescription filled and even harder to have it delivered. I haven't spoken to one person here who is not just downright rude.

I'm currently on hold... as of now November 13,2023 -- my call started at 7:45pm-- I was put back into thecall at least 10 times--No Exactly explanation point.When a person is ill and they have to go through this type of disrespect, just to find out the status of the medication, it's awful.Update! Night shift is JUST RUDE! They place you on hold over and over and over again then answer the phone as if you are annoying them! Prescription ready however, I didn’t get a notification is that my fault? Worse? Service ever
