I come here all the time, service is always mediocre. Never super friendly or anything. I also requested my routing and account number to be written down. She wrote the wrong numbers down and now I am 9 days late on my mortgage payments and my credit card payments because of her mistake. All she said was to " call my mortgage company and tell them you made a mistake" no apologies or anything. Extremely frustrating as this is a major bank. Should not be making mistakes like that. Illiani or something like that was the tellers name. Highly disappointed.

Slowwwww... Not enough employees!!! I'm not sure if the bank reads the reviews if so you do a poor job of treating your customers. I went inside to make a deposit. 12 people in line, 1 teller. A person I thought was management ... I ask about helping... he replied that he was a "banker" not a teller. These people are cross trained to do whatever it takes to take care of customers. I stay away from this place as much as possible. We are considering changing to PNC. Wells Fargo lets this go on????????

Out the idea of "slow" together with the notion of "people" and you'll have the beginning concept of what to expect here. Never expect to be here less than an hour.

Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes while one banker took this entire time to do one other person and me. Quality is awful here. Y'all need to step the game up or hire more people. Now I'm late for work.

Always very friendly and barely ever any lines. Great drive-thru and drive through ATM. Not much else to say it's a good bank in this neighborhood

Wowww. Time to change banks. This is my 2nd review. What is it they do correctly? I went through the drive-through and requested a $50 bill during my withdrawal. That's it, my only (simple) transaction. She/Teller replied; "Sure, no problem". My fault, I didn't check the envelope until I got home. 2 x $20 + 1 x $10. So I'm supposed to spend my time and money to go all the way back now? Standards par to the McDonald's around the corner. If they can't even get that right. . .
