Tim and his team are the very best and that is why one will see imports, classics and a range of old and new high end performance cars to everyday drivers.
I’ve been having my cars serviced there for several years. It’s always interesting to see the Classic cars they are working on from the local car collectors.

I’ve have done business with Auto Sleuth for over 20 years. Tim and his team are friendly, courteous and very good at their profession. I live almost 20 miles from their location but it’s always been worth the trip for the great service and trust.

I moved nearby and have had to get tires and spark plugs changed within the last couple weeks. I got my tires from Tirerack and used them as my installer. They had them installed same day they were delivered just before we had Milton come through. That was a life saver, thanks for getting that done so quick. I followed up with some more maintenance on my car and was able to get in the next day and finished within a couple of hours. Again, thanks. From my 2 interactions with them, Sean, Ryan and Tim it has been fantastic, professional and I feel completely comfortable bringing in my car. It’s a newer Mercedes and dealer service prices are astronomical. I look forward(weird thing to say about a car) to having my car serviced with them in the future.

I visited the shop today Tim was great . The guys started working on the AC as soon as I pulled up at 8:40 am . They trouble shot the system and found it working but low on Freon . Then Tim said the compressor was cycling on and off to much and the system wasn't settling correctly . They found a valve that was sticking on the firewall . Orders a new one and replaced it . I had my truck back by 2 pm . Thank you guys for the great work Bob

Terrible experience...I brought my car here for two issues... They fixed one of the issues in a couple days after that the car sat there for a MONTH!!!! The place just gave up on the car or they were too busy with bmws and benz's to fix my car. I received one phone call the whole time my car was at the shop and that was after the second week to tell me he had a cold. After that the car just sat for 3 more weeks I went in there and just paid for half the job being done. I am thoroughly disgusted with this place. Now I have to go-to another shop where it will probably sit for another two weeks...Huge waste of time

Excellent service from start to stop. I called about getting rare tires (toyo m/t’s) on my F150 and Tim (the owner) had them in the next day. Following day they were mounted and balanced, rims cleaned, and aligned for no extra charge. I asked him to cycle my 4x4 drive since it’s a pavement princess just to make sure the gears were lubed. My truck has never drove better. 10/10 for this shop.

DONT BRING UR 4x4 here unless u drive it on hard surfaces with it engaged. I had a weird vibration when accelerating, like a worn out torque converter when I brought it in. He tried new plugs and a fuel pump but then he decided the engine wasn’t the problem. They drove the truck for over 50 miles to figure out what’s going on. When I picked up the truck it was engaged in 4wd. So I called about the truck being in 4wd and he said that’s how I thought You drove it, and it must have slipped into that mode. This is disappointing because I paid almost $600 and my truck is a ‘19 with below 50000k miles. I expected more from someone who owns a ford raptor to know not to engage 4wd on a hard surface. Now I have to bring my ford back to a dealership. With the same problem from the beginning and now with a new power train issue on top. I believe it is fair to say I will not be back.Services: Auto maintenance
