The bankers at this location, are rude would recommend using a different location. He was giving me a look and acting like he doesn’t care whatsoever.

Don’t know why such bad reviews. Went in Monday, May 20, 2024 at 10:30 AM to complete a withdrawal and everyone greeted me with a smile. Made my withdrawal with the nice women at the counter and went on my way. Whole process was probably 50 seconds.

How is that I can access my account over the phone with the fraud department with my social but I can’t access my account in person at a branch with my social. Don’t make sense. to me. Someone help and push this thru this has to be a major lawsuit.Walked in thinking it was going to be a breeze due to the fact I was the only one in there. Waited 10-15 minutes before someone said 1 word to me. Then when she spoke to me they never asked for my name or tried to help me with my problem. They asked for my ID which I did not have but I did have two forms of identity just no passport or driver license. So after being bounced around from teller to banker I finally speak with the manager who was totally chaos. She told me that she couldn’t help me with out an id but I set this account up with one have my direct deposit coming to this account just for them to close it two days later and say they can’t help me and the money on this account will stay on this account unless u provide a pic ID. So moral of the story she kicked me out called police and said that I was an insubordination. Like this can’t be how all chase managers treat there clients. Like now I have to miss my paycheck due to the fact that they locked my account... after I set up direct deposit and opened a secure acc and a checking account with them. And no one gave me any reason why they locked me out the account. Also how is that I can access my account over the phone with the fraud department with my social but I can’t access my account in person at a branch with my social. Don’t make sense. to me. Someone help and push this thru this has to be a major lawsuit.

I tried to explain something to a banker over the phone, and she constantly talked over me and just kept talking and talking. Even when I asked her not to interrupt me and let me finish, she would not be quiet. Even if you disagree with someone, you should be polite enough to listen until they have finished. I think she should be FIRED. I have done business with Chase for many years and this was a very IMPORTANT call for me. There is absolutely NO excuse for this kind of rude. I am seriously considering cancelling my credit card with Chase...as I owe nothing to them. I would never open another account with them EVER. I also agree with another person who posted that their policies stink. They are over-paranoid to the point of insulting and pushing their clients away.

Awful unhelpful rude. The manager is ok but she should listen to how her associates speak to people. Karen is the definition of a seemingly polite but extremely judgmental rude person. I know we're in Jupiter Tequesta, but not every 17 year old has a passport. The oohhhh okkk and acting like she couldn't take what her manager just said they could. When I arrived to the bank she was worse. Just awful to have to deal with such a nasty person.

Friendly local staff but the bank policies are horrible. I made a large deposit and they were going to hold it for 10 working days even though the check cleared the other bank within 24 hours. I called the people who wrote the the check thinking their check had bounced, they told me the funds were transferred overnight.
