MARCI GIRL! Your attitude towards your staff is Atrocious! It was very clear by this interaction that not only are the customers welcomed But the staff live in a hostile work environment. I was checking out and the checkout person next to my area ended up being an old friend of mine. She had two seconds because her customer ran outside to grab his ID for a return, So she leaned over to me and said hello for two seconds. I asked her to see a photo of her baby, which was her screensaver so she was able to show it within seconds. Within Less than a minute, Marci was already yelling at her across multiple registers to stop talking to me and to help other people ( even though she was still mid transaction. ) her attitude was persistent, two other cashiers let her know she was still in the middle of a transaction And was not disregarding customer. However, Marcy’s solution was to Walk down 12 registers to the first one so that she could take the next customer. I asked Marcy to be more polite to her staff, It was very clear Intimidation is her way of management. It is very sad to see this type of environment. Your employees were doing a great job until she felt she needed to step in. I would never entice anybody to work here under her authority. And I genuinely feel bad for those who had to deal with her. It was very clearly employees felt my sentiment And we’re happy someone finally said something to her. I will not allow people to be treated that way. DISGUSTING to see this in front of customers even!

This Marshall’s might be the best one I’ve ever been to! A really nice selection of clothes, especially dresses for women! The store was clean and organized and attached to a Home Goods for an added bonus. The wait time in line felt shorter than most Marshall’s, however I still waited for 5+ minutes to check out. Friendly staff.

Today I was just going window shopping it's all a lot of neat items so my mom and I will be shopping tomorrow I love it and great prices felt good to walk into a store that has just about everything you need what an awesome experience just walking through the store Friendly people friendly staff and you can find just about anything you need some traffic prices

Probably the best quality outlet. For me, slightly better than TjMaxx, definitely better than Ross or Burlington. There are always two stores next to each other with one cash register. Clothes and accessories such as belts, wallets, cosmetic bags, suitcases, and general home and kitchen equipment, etc. Nice pieces, generally quite good prices.

i always shop here and i’ve never had this happen to me. i bought a perfume yesterday and when i got home an opened it after work last night, i found a blue disposable glove and inside that glove was a cvs prescription bottle filled with a mystery liquid. i do still feel that whoever runs this company should be watching their stores more, how did an employee let someone return a perfume box without checking it??? like i get retail sucks, i work in retail too, but like, do your job????????? it’s sick and disgusting and upsetting honestly because this has been my favorite store forever.
