“I found tecovas thru my brother in law. I have since visited the store many times and I have to say, it’s one of the most enjoyable experiences in retail.
Once you purchase a boot, hat, belt etc. they offer free branding of your initials. They take their time with you, make sure the product is a perfect fit and help you understand the products and process perfectly.
One of the coolest parts is the relaxed atmosphere. They offer drinks and make you feel at Home.
Highly recommend to visit this store and ask all the questions you need.

“Ventured out to visit down town Hobe Sound on Sunday. They have a Tiny area, (6) stores. Went into Lavish Palm the sister store. The stores are beautiful. I did purchase earrings. Sales ladies are very friendly & non pushy. Well an hour later my ears were hurting badly. The only reason I bought these beautiful earrings were because it states that they are 18kt gold plated. Not so!! The store policy is no returns for a refund!!!”

I called the store asking if I could return my items and then repurchase them at the sale price. “The store in located in Palm Beach Gardens Mall on the second floor for you all big holiday spenders. Our flight was delayed, and off we went to the Mall for Holiday shopping. Funny, my daughter and wife's radar led us to Chanel. I must say, the staff was lovely and security was friendly. The selection of jewelry and bags were wonderful according to my wide and daughter. I must say I did like their choices in earrings, and I was surprised that is all we bought. I thought the cost of the earrings were good considering what I might of thought I might spend. The patience that Isaiah had in helping me was amazing. His knowledge of each of the shoes was incredible. I think I found the perfect shoes, but, just in case they start hurting, he told me about the club in which I have 45 days to wear them and if they don’t work out, I can return them. “I went to journeys yesterday, not expecting to find the mega crushes by crocs. But I wish I could remember his name. It was either Brian or Ryan, but he was a total sweetheart, and he found my exact size and he was super polite and kind I will definitely return to journeys next time I need a pair of shoes and ask for him specifically he was a sweetheart and made it my shopping experience. Very lovely. I ended up buying some pins for the shoes which I wasn’t expecting to do but it is still nice to go in the store and be able to be treated kindly by staff (actual people) since everybody buy stuff on Amazon. No one gets to speak to customer service anymore. I had a really good experience overall!”

“Short Story. I have worn nothing but New Balance for years. I happened to be in Palm Beach Gardens for a week and noticed that for whatever reason, my left shoe was hurting my foot so much that I went shopping for shoes wearing a pair of My Slippers. Because my wife had formerly shopped there years ago, off we went. In the Tequesta store, we met Lisa Schuemann, footwear consultant, who was most patient. Presto, I went out with a new pair of New Balance with their newest foam. And best of all, she sold me a size 11 and 1/2 just a tad longer that my last pair. The pain is gone and I am riding on air.
So Lisa, thank you. Village Bootery, you have gained a new customer. I shall return again for three months beginning in December and yes, will also return for more proper fit shoes. All the best.”
