I arrived on time today for a scheduled appointment with Maria Friedman that I made online. When I arrived I was told that she had just left, I said "Are you sure? I have an appointment" and preceded to show her my confirmation. She said, well sorry, she left! I said, Well I guess that just made up my mind for me and I do not want to give TDBANK my business. I had just come from a meeting at Chase bank and it was clean and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I truly felt valued. My experience with TDBANK was the exact opposite of that. The lobby was filthy, the were smudges all over the doors and windows, like they had not been cleaned in a year and the staff was rude and unhelpful!Maria Friedman called as I was pulling into my driveway making lame excuses for why she was not there for my scheduled meeting and I explained to her exactly why TDBANK will never get my business! Terrible customer Service, They don't care about their customers and it is filthy! STAY AWAY!!!!

I come in once a month and deposit over 40 checks. Its a lot of work for them but No one ever complains. They treat you like family. They all say "hello Rob" when i come in. I have been in on over 10 separate occasions to get documents notarized. Its a great place to bank. Thank you guys for all that you do. You guys are the best!Not sure about some of the other reviews i see below. One guy was mad because they didn't waive a check fee. lol. I guess some people are natural born complainers. Might be some internal issues there.

I usually go through to drive through and it's the same woman who was never polite with me always seems like she's mad at the world. Today I come inside the store because I needed a cashier's check. I was surprised there was a fee because usually it's wave that the other branches I get this check written for. The woman was very condescending and was putting me down for thinking such a thing and I felt that was so impolite but considering my history with her I wasn't surprised with her condescending impolite nature. I'm really fed up with how TD Bank's been treating me and I may not be one of your richest clients but I haven't maintaining close to the 5 to 10,000 balance at all times and I know that's worth something. If I'm worthless maybe I should take my business elsewhere

Went in to open a new account. Called ahead of time to ensure mask are worn. Was told yes. Person helping us took way too long getting this done and kept blaming computer. Also mask was under nose most of the time (mouth and nose must be covered to be effective) and at one point took off her mask. I asked her to put it back on and she said it was hot. Not happy at all. I'm wearing my mask to protect you now you keep yours on correctly to protect me. I left my husband inside because I was so annoyed.

This branch reminds me of the Cheers song - want to go somewhere that everyone knows your name. The people at the Tequesta branch of TD bank are super friendly. They all know my name. And they are super helpful. If you have any issues, believe me, you want to work with people who know you. I would highly recommend opening up an account at the Tequesta branch of TD bank. Friends of mine - who do not bank at TD Bank, have told me how miserable their banks are. I wonder why they don't change.

The most unfriendly staff I have met. Tried to do a cash withdrawal from a card to deposit but the staff had NO idea how to actually do that. They told me to make 12 withdrawals from the ATM and bring them cash or go to a competing bank and do a cash withdrawal. I went to a different TD Bank and the process was completed without issue... And with a significantly better attitude. Maybe these people should be at a job where they actually want to do the work.

Have done business with this bank for over 10 years. Have 5 accounts, 2 business accounts. The are insisting on holding an in-state check deposited to an established business account for 12 DAYS! The funds have already been removed from the customer's account. The Branch manager Maria has the capability to release the funds; however refuses. Will be closing ALL of our accounts and moving them elsewhere.

I transferred all of my business accounts to TD Bank from Bank of America a few years ago. Without itemizing my unhappiness with B of A, I can say without hesistation that TD Bank has been everything and more I had hoped for: 1) great hours for lobby and drive-thru which are unmatched 2) great staff who recognize me by name and face, and on the telephone whenever I have an inquiry 3)great programs for small businesses including very affordable line of credit for qualified small businesses. 4) web banking and smart phone sites which work consistently without hassle or confusion. 5)banking fees are completely in line and not in any way unusual for banking in 2018.

TD is seriously an AWFUL bank and this location is the worst!!!!! The tellers are the rudest women I've ever met and they have zero customer service skills!!! Seriously, THE WORST. I've had it with this bank. Will be cancelling my account very soon!!

Where I started working they checks are from td bank my check was 19 dollars "I'm a server" and the lady would not waive the 7 dollar fee so why would I wanna bank with a company that would charge me almost half of what the check was to cash it.. I find that ridiculous. I think I'll go with another bank.. Thanks TD

I am very new to the Jupiter Florida area and just finished setting up my account with TD in Tequesta. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever experienced in my life. Maria, the bank manager, went out of her way for me by meeting me at my job to gather some information to get the ball rolling. I then met up, on my lunch break, at the bank and she put me in touch with Lucie. Lucie then helped me every step of the way set up my account, online banking and was simply an absolute delight to talk to. Everyone there greets you with a true smile, beautiful personality and you can tell they love their jobs. I've never had service like that with any of the banks up north in Delaware from which I moved from. A+ all around.
