“I just came into the store to buy some wine on my way to my new home. No one greeted me at the store. It was hard to find the wine that I wanted. When I asked for assistance it was hard to find anyone. Very different from the North Miami Beach location. Once I found the wine I wanted to I went to check out. Amalfi the cashier had a nasty attitude and gave me a hard time with purchasing the wine. One of the worst experiences I have encountered from a Total Wines establishment. I will be following up to report her. It’s important to be friendly to ALL customers no matter their background. ***********UPDATE: Eric the District Manager reached back out to me to follow up on the incident. He was understanding and took my report seriously. He apologized and informed me he spoke with the cashier. I truly appreciate his help and outstanding service. Positive attitude and over the top communication. Thank you so much for following up!”

“The staff here are excellent. They have a very diverse selection as well as some extremely rare and hard to come by products. All of their “allocated” products are very reasonably priced unlike some of the shops in southern Florida.
I truly enjoyed my experiences of shopping here.”
