I just left and what a waste of $. If you’re gonna wash the car then have a person that does a final Inspection. Water marks everywhere. I asked 3 guys if my car was done since no one was by there and no one speaks English. Just got in my car with wet floor way and left

First off, I never write bad reviews. Secondly, I am sometimes suspect of other’s negative reviews thinking that the competition to the entity being reviewed is just trying to talk stuff. I will assure you that I was a legitimate customer of this car wash from out of town.Today my car wash at this location was TERRIBLE. The outside was fine. But the inside of my car was covered with ArmorAll. Perhaps the application of ArmorAll is on the menu of the Ultimate Wash choice…so maybe that’s on me. I didn’t want it.But then the ArmorAll was haphazardly sprayed all over everything. And not rubbed in. Just spray dots all over…leather, plastic, cloth, glass, everywhere. When I asked the get the biggest drops (seriously…still big white drops on the seat without even an attempt the rub it in) cleaned up the guy just touched it with his cloth, looked at me, then walked away.I did let the woman who took my $30 know that I was unhappy and that I’d be writing this review. She did suggest that I go back and ask to have it better wiped down…but I was afraid I would really lose my temper and become a “hater” at that point. No thanks…All I can say it to avoid this place. There was not a lot of care being shown. It took more over an hour to remove the ArmorAll spray spots myself.

I have never had Bette service anywhere. Roly the manager has a team that treat each car us like their own. Every cup holder to every inch of the car looks brand new when they are done

Did a very poor job vacuuming both front seats and floors. When I pointed it out to the manager, 1st he questioned my feedback. Then when he accepted it was a poor job, he told me to "get back in line". I didn't bother because there were several cars already in line. So that would have been another 20 mins or so. The employees at this location work very hard, but the manager could use some coaching.

I have lived in the area and use you from conception. I have started using others only because I feel the QT on the washing has gone down. I cicle back to see if things are getting better or worse and still undecided. When you have a oversized vehicle and have to pay an impact fee you expect the same.One positive is the inside tenant Felisha is exceptional gracious and always with positive delightful attitude!

The gentlemen at Tequesta Auto Wash did a great job detailing my suv today! They cleaned up all the light scratches on the hood and door handles. They also did a great job cleaning up the deep scratches and house paint on the top of the tailgate door! I was really impressed with the job and effort! I will use them again!
