Jenifer goes above and beyond every single time I walk in there, not only with me but every single person she helps while I’m there.
She always gives a warm greeting. She has a big smile, and she has such kind words for every single person that walks in there. And she is above and beyond helpful. She is the reason that I always go to that UPS because there are so many to go to, but I go there to see her. And I see so many of the other clients responding to her the same way as I do because she’s so kind and helpful to everyone.
I just wanted to make sure that everybody is aware of what an incredible kind, helpful human being she is.

We absolutely love every single person who works here! This is hands down our favorite UPS location! The staff are not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly warm and friendly. They always greet us with a smile and even remember my son’s name, which means so much. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such amazing service. Truly the best team, we’re so grateful for all of you. You all deserve a raise! Thank you for everything you do!

I went to The UPS Store to have some real estate items notarized. The staff was was friendly, helpful, and patient. They all got along so well together and worked as a team to get the job done. They treated me with kindness and were very efficient. The store was busy, but every person was treated with respect. Thanks to the four special ladies who were there! I appreciated your concern and help in assisting me.
