I prefer going to a different store. I find the help here over worked and under paid attitude issues! Not going to go into my bad experience here but I won't be going back! If you have an Amazon return that is already labeled, put on the counter and get out before you become their next person to feel violated...a good drop off, I'll give em that!

I went to return an Amazon item there like always (so convenient!) but I forgot my phone. Kim offered for me to email the Amazon return screenshot to her there once I got home. I sent it too low resolution- she emailed back and had the patience and kindness to let me trouble them again a couple of days later via email. That’s over and above. Great experience, as always.

I have worked with the location a few times and they are always very helpful. The people at the store helped my parents (seniors) carry in a heavy box upon request and made returns as easy as possible. Would highly recommend

Amazing team. Service is always perfect, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always looking forward to this place with my staff members. Everyone is very helpful with our packages. They always walked an extra mile to provide useful information about the UPS procedures and rules and always try their best to assist with proper handling of our packages and speedy shipping. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They treat each customer with respect! As a small business owner, having my packages sent in a timely manner is of upmost importance. Working with the professionals from this store on a daily basis has been a real pleasure. They are always helpful and caring. It’s alway worth driving an extra mile to trust our packages to their professional care. Cannot recommend this store enough! Their customer service is top notch!

Rude clerk. Started out with a rude attitude. She also refused to notarize a real estate document . If she wants to be a notary understand buyers and sellers are not usually present at the same time. You only needed to notarize my signature. You refused. Let a person that knows what they are doing be the notary. Ironically I went to another ups store..told the notary what happened . She was surprised to hear that as she knew as most people do that when you notarize a real estate transaction doc. buyers and sellers are usually not together as people live in diffrent places. On top of all of that the young lady was not only lacking knowledge she was nasty and rude from the minute I walked in the door.

The ladies were so incredibly helpful. They wrapped a very delicate package for us that could only be shipped by the Post office. They were so kind.

Chantal. Policy on Amazon returns is confusing. On two previous visits packages were returned without printing labels. Today agents both insisted that a label must be printed and attached to package. They wanted a qr code. I have talked to Amazon about this and learned that they are not doing qr codes only upc. I don't know how your first 2 agents were able to return the packages but thought you'd want to look into these inconsistencies. The returns before were effortless.The two agents today were unhelpful and reluctant to listen to my previous experience in your store. They would not offer to tell me how to speak with management. They were defensive. I found myself leaving the store with the impression that the agents could not be bothered with problem solving anything out of the ordinary. As a manager I'm sure you want customers to view your store in a positive light after each visit.
