7-Eleven
260 Colony Blvd, The Villages FL 32162
“It was my first trip to the new 711 near me. The store is kept very clean and the evening associates are always nice. They are always friendly and ready to help you find what you need. Thank you!The associates that work during the day however, are very impersonal. They hardly even acknowledge me on Christmas day. I would have expected much better. My experience on New Years Day was a much better one. The associate greeted me and wished me a Happy New Year. Thank you!!Thank you for responding to my review. My visits to the store have continued to be good ones. Thank you!My experience today was awesome (3/9/21)! The Sales Associate who cashed me out even greeted me by name which made me feel like a valued customer. The pizza was pretty good too. Thank you?”

Circle K
3430 Wedgewood Ln, Lady Lake FL 32162
“I’ve always had great service at this Circle K.It’s one of the busiest, given the location, but the employees are always happy, professional and personable.I’d like to give a shout out to one in particular. Rob literally makes my day happy! His kind and happy personality is so infectious that I look forward and hope he’s working when I go inside for something.I don’t even mind when it’s busy there because he works hard to clear the line and still gives personalized attention to each and every customer.Being a “local guide” I tend to view what other local guides post, just to see if they tend to nitpick or are generally a dissatisfied person/customer all around with negativity on most or even all their reviews.I wish Google reviews would tweak this because there are many people that will never be pleased with any service or business, no matter how they try to please them. It’s been so challenging during this last year for everyone with this pandemic. We’ve all had to re-learn how to do everything but it’s been much more challenging for our businesses. They’ve had to rehire and retrain employees, not to mention trying to keep up with sanitizing, literally everything in the store as well as restocking. Their suppliers short on goods etc.I’m grateful Circle K has remained open and kept employees coming in for the needs of our very busy community. So, THANK YOU to all the employees, managers, suppliers etc.., especially Rob, who keeps customers like me patronizing this location specifically just to get my dose of the true meaning of what’s important in life.Edit... The store was very clean and kept sanitized ?”

Presto! ATM at Publix Super Market
2135 Everglades Ln., The Villages FL 32163
“Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”

Truist
1211 W N Blvd, Leesburg FL 34748
“Had to go to Suntrust today to get quarters for laundry. Lobby was closed (due to COVID I'm sure) and the drive-thru lanes were super busy. Wanted to shout out to the teller working the drive thru in early afternoon -- despite how busy it was she was calm, super friendly, and very efficient. Despite the wait, she made it a very pleasant experience. Thanks so much!”

“Where do I begin??I was beyond thrilled and relieved to see that this location had the soonest availability (next day) compared to others around town who had nothing for weeks!Although we arrived late for my scheduled appointment time we were extremely grateful to Kelly for being so willing to still assist us.She was extremely patient, professional and thorough each step of the way! She even went the extra mile by showing me how to use a few tools through the mobile banking app!I was also pleasantly surprised when approached by the manager on our way out who took the time to introduce himself, asked if we were all taken care of and thanked us for banking there !Absolutely amazing customer care!! Thank you !!”

Truist - ATM
101 Lagrande Boulevard, Lady Lake FL 32159
“I have been to this bank several times in the last weeks; I am helping a neighbor get some home improvements. I like this bank! It has easy and shaded parking; I was always greeted with a smile; there is a comfortable place to relax if I needed to wait; the car and home loan rates are competitive and efficient; there was always a quick in and a quick out; and the employees seemed very nice and helpful. I was assigned to Maria M as the bank adviser, and things went very well!! I will be back!!!”

Chase ATM

“Because we're from out of town, we missed getting here before you closed for the day. The system took our deposit check but I was unable to get my withdrawal satisfied & driving this far is upsetting when trying to conduct business dealings. What days are you open later?”
