I tried to get a Covid 19 test for my wife who also has Parkinson’s disease unable to confirm an appt online after 40 minutes so I called pharmacy - they could care less - I told them I could not make an appt with the phone I have - could they please help me schedule a Covid test - so the Doctor can then treat properly- they were just horribleI willNever use Any CVS store againIf I could give zero stars I would

"I arrived to drop off my UPS packages, but I was refused help to print a label. I talked to Angel, the regional manager, but he couldn't figure out how to print the label either. He made an excuse about his inventory being off and how they can't receive emails, which I believe is a lie. It's disappointing to see the regional manager backing up the store manager's poor service. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and the employees lacked energy. I suggest shopping elsewhere. I will have my assistant file a formal complaint with UPS corporate today."

Buyer, beware!!I used to have good luck at CVS pharmacy. I always use the app to fill prescriptions and pay for them. My husband was picking up one prescription that I had already paid for and the clerk filled another that I had not wanted. He wasn't sure if I needed it or not and wanted to be on the safe side by picking it up. He was charged $80 when i usually pay four dollars. He went back within a few days trying to figure out why this had happened and they told him there was nothing they could do. I called and they said they could have swapped it out for a different plan like good RX and it would've only been $25 but it had to have been done within two weeks. Unfortunately it is now past that time, and they will not do anything. very disappointing that they would not support their customers and would happily charge $80 for something that is normally four dollars and not take responsibility for what their employees are telling their customers. Very disappointing.Walgreens assists their customers by making suggestions when they pick up their prescriptions and the cost seems out of line. CVS obviously does not do that as the manager Phuong told me today.Please be aware and consider using Walgreens if you are able.

I always have an easy shopping experience at CVS. This particular experience at the CVS at 466 in The Villages was great! It’s the best CVS I’ve seen in quite some time. In regards to size, stock and newness. I found someone immediately to direct me and they took the time to walk me to the aisle I needed. There was someone to help me immediately at checkout and my coupons all loaded correctly. Overall great experience!

I had a horrible experience dealing with this pharmacy. First they never called me to tell me that my prescriptions were ready. I had to check the app to see that they were. Then I called to make sure they would hold my one prescription that was ready till I got back from vacation and they said it was fine. I show up to pick them up and they put it back. So I waited for them to remake it, and they never called me overhead to tell me that it was ready. I waited 20 minutes and when I went to ask how much longer, they said oh its ready they must have forgot to call you. They need to get it together. Luckily this isn't my normal pharmacy. My doctor made a mistake. I'm never using them again.

Very poor communication of availability of medicine. Very thick accent and difficult to understand. Waited 2 weeks to call about folllow up on price and ordering.

Had a terrible experience dealing with the red haired guy that works at the pharmacy counter. I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy at 12pm on a Friday afternoon. Went in after work to pick it up. I was told their computers have been down all afternoon and that my prescription was "probably in one of the 175 bins" but I couldn't be helped. I was told to sit around and wait or come back later. I asked if I could be called when it was ready. Friday night I received a call and voicemail that the prescription was ready.. great. I go up first thing Saturday morning to pick it up. Red haired guy is there again. Tells me the prescription is not ready and they are waiting for the urgent care to confirm. I told him that I received a call from the pharmacy saying my prescription was ready for pickup. His response.. "no you didn't." I responded, "yes I did" and he came back again and said "no you didn't." Now I'm in disbelief and start to laugh. He says, "let me hear the voicemail then." So, I played the voicemail. He said, "well she was wrong and shouldn't have called you." I said ok fine, when can I expect to have my prescription filled since it has now been almost 24 hours. His response, "whenever your doctor wants to call us back." I couldn't believe that he argued with me, didn't believe me that the pharmacist called me, and just lack of customer service all together. Ended up calling the urgent care and had them send the prescription to Publix. It was ready within the hour. This will be the last time I do business with CVS. Stay away from CVS pharmacy if this red haired & bearded guy continues to work there (never got his name so he will be called red head).
