My husband accidentally sent my prescription to CVS instead of Walgreens .., I Have been having issues being able to breath the past week so I was prescribed an inhaler and steroids for my lungs so I go into CVS to pick them up and she tells me they dont
take tricare … I understand that part for sure no worries so I ask how much they are and she starts to kinda tell me a price of around 60 ish dollars and I tell her I will just pay for it because I need it but then stops and she’s like I can transfer them for you if you would like all you have to do is go into Walgreens and tell them to call me and I can transfer them .so I’m like okay … I guess we can do that so then I walk over to Walgreens and they take all my information and I’m like okay so I can pick them up In A couple of hours ? And she’s like oh a transfer can take 48 hours so I had to go another day without being able to breath and not have my meds when she could have just let me pay for them but for some reason she really wanted me to transfer them KNOWING what type of medication is was and obviously knowing someone probably needs that type of medication THAT day . I just recently moved here to this area and I have seen that a lot of people either don’t like to do there job or just simply don’t do it . If someone wants to pay out of pocket for the medications they need , let them especially if you know a transfer can take 48 hours .

It's a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a miserable person that refuses to help you or answer any of your questions and other times you get the most friendly customer service ever.
For whatever reason, the men seem to be very happy and friendly where other woman seems to be obnoxious Karen's looking to fight with you like they work for Spirit or something.

The CVS pharmacy in Target was fantastic. She took my new prescription. The pharmacist was very efficient and was able to multitask and have me out of there within 20 minutes.

They seem to always have the medications that Walgreens has to order and they seem to be more reasonably priced.

Pharmacist Josh is discourteous and unhelpful. The reason I've maintained my entire family's prescriptions with CVS for the past 20 years is because of the convenience of obtaining scripts anywhere. In the past, when a lost bag or change of plans has found us out of town without all necessary meds, I've had no trouble at all getting a couple days courtesy coverage from the local CVS. Not today. Thanks to Josh's refusal to even listen to my situation, my kid will go without needed meds for the next 2 days after our canceled flight left us without our luggage and away from home. Congrats Josh, you lost CVS 4 long-time coustomers.

CVS Pharmacy is our go to store for many different items. They have wide selection of items for colds, allergies. Sometimes we stop there for a quick snack,or just to get something to cold to drink.

Fantastic patience, in the face of bureaucracy. PharmD Josh did a marvelous job for me in the face of a broken IT process from ExpessScripts. Couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks!
