Rude and unhelpful staff. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the media counter. I asked for advice on which service to select based on when I wanted the package to arrive and was told brusquely that they can't help with anything, I just need to drop off. Then when she went to scan the label, her scanner didn't work, so she said I could risk it and leave the package for someone to pick up on Monday. No way am I going to do that after such a rude exchange. I could have just scheduled my own pickup at this point.
