Employees have no interest in helping find the right product in the store and seem annoyed by me asking questions

I always buy my pre workout ahead of time and after 30 days they won’t return product even though it is faulty. I call GNC tell me to go to the store 3600 and said they won’t return it. GNC you just lost a customer. Amazon it is! Thanks

Beware! This is a franchise store and they charge more than GNC online prices. I had to argue with the guy to get the online price. I won’t be back!
