I had to go in today for some blood work and unfortunately made it with 30 min to spare, When I checked in Mika was nothing but kind and understanding. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, she’s amazing at what she does & made the entire process smooth, painless and put me at ease. I am 26 & she is the best person I have ever had draw my blood. I have a severe phobia of needles that’s sometimes challenging, after this experience I will 100% always ask for her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Second time dealing with this office. The older blonde at front desk has zero manners and has no idea how to talk in any form of a professional manner. I had a 12:15 pm appointment that required a urine sample. When I checked in she was rude no form of respect, asked about my insurance, explained it was a drug test for a new employer. She rudely cuts me off and says they have no bathrooms. I asked why she didn’t call to notify those specific appointments they may need to reschedule, she then rudely says “I didn’t know you were coming in”. What did my confirmation not inform you when I said yes I’d be there via text message two days ago? So now I’m left struggling to get into another appointment in one day.
Very poorly ran and zero patient care.

Never had trouble before but today was terrible. Been waiting 1 1/2 hrs for my 11:15 appointment. Check in kiosks not working. Only one person drawing blood. Waiting room packed. This is for Lady Lake FL location. Never had trouble at Ocala FL site on 17th St. I'm disgusted.

This office has become one of the worst LabCorp that I have ever visited. They are now appointment only, went there today because they are six days out for appointments, which I found very strange. Walked into the office. The girl at the desk was filing her nails, I am not kidding. She was filing her nails! The nurses were in the hallway, talking with each other there were two of them on staff. There was.NOBODY In the waiting area or being serviced, and I asked them why they could not take a walk-in. Her answer was it put them behind schedule.. Like I said, not one person in the whole building except two nurses and a receptionist and myself! I really don’t believe LabCorp knows what’s going on with this facility, but the supervision there is absolutely horrid! Plus, they had a sign on the door that said if you needed to get blood work done immediately to go to their competition, Walgreens or go to their LabCorp in Brownwood in the villages. I guess that location is doing their job! So sad what this has become with this group. I am switching to quest, I hope LabCorp is happy with all the money they’re gonna lose from this facility.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years. The staff is wonderful and professional. Most importantly ..PAINLESS.

The Only LabCorp I will go to I have never had a problem with them they have always been fast and courteous and I only trust them for my blood work and other tests

The lady that takes your blood is great. Blonde desk clerk is RUDE.I feel bad for her because she doesn't seem happy to be there at all.

Brought my 5 year old daughter here for a blood draw, quick and great service. My daughter gets upset when she needs blood draws. The employee gave her a stuffed animal off their desk to make her feel better. Thank you

The gentleman doing check-in this morning was pretty rude- he tried to tell me i should go somewhere else and even after I checked that my insurance was in network he told me it was but I'd be charged like I was out of network. Which isn't true at all as all my labs came to a total of $10. It felt less like he was trying to be informative and more like he wanted to have less people in the lobby since they were running behind.
The urine collection here seems like it needs someone from corporate to check it out. There are no wipes, nothing available so you can get a clean catch sample. Then you have to hold your urine sample until called back. No labels on the cups- just your name wtitten in pen big across the side which to me feels like a hipaa violation potentially.
As for my phlebotomist- she was friendly and got it on the 1st try, however she didn't cleanse/prep the area prior to sticking me.
Overall, while my phlebotomist was sweet and clearly good at capturing my blood- the facility itself needs to be inspected by quality control and held to corporate standards as well as have employees re-trained to provide better customer service.
