The gentleman doing check-in this morning was pretty rude- he tried to tell me i should go somewhere else and even after I checked that my insurance was in network he told me it was but I'd be charged like I was out of network. Which isn't true at all as all my labs came to a total of $10. It felt less like he was trying to be informative and more like he wanted to have less people in the lobby since they were running behind. The urine collection here seems like it needs someone from corporate to check it out. There are no wipes, nothing available so you can get a clean catch sample. Then you have to hold your urine sample until called back. No labels on the cups- just your name wtitten in pen big across the side which to me feels like a hipaa violation potentially. As for my phlebotomist- she was friendly and got it on the 1st try, however she didn't cleanse/prep the area prior to sticking me. Overall, while my phlebotomist was sweet and clearly good at capturing my blood- the facility itself needs to be inspected by quality control and held to corporate standards as well as have employees re-trained to provide better customer service.

the blonde-headed lady behind the counter rude and nasty speaking, she doesn't want to be there to do her job then somebody else will do it ,I am like her I don't want to be there no more than she does ,she can quit and go home, I got sent down there from the summerfield office because they're closed then it directed me to Walgreens but they were closed inside the store today on Friday, the bathrooms are nasty and smelly ?

DO NOT SUBMIT TO A URINE TEST AT THIS LOCATION! They do not have the correct facilities or supplies. I had to urinate in a disposable paper coffee cup with a plastic lid that did not secure the top, walk it through the lobby and place in a bucket with at least 10 other unsecured samples in paper cups, that had been there who knows how long, in a room with no staff monitoring the bucket. No paper towels in bathroom for potential spills and no alcohol swabs for clean catch sample. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I am concerned about contamination and false results. Making a report to AHCA!

My name is Margaret Henry. I had my blood drawn today at Labcorp and the lady that drew my blood was excellent. I can't remember her name, but she is African American and from NY. Again awesome job.

This place is a joke! Why bother making an appt when they take people without appointments first?!? Additionally, unlike Quest once you check in your name falls off the board. I hadn't been called in forever, looked up, asked and that's why.

Left work and arrived at this location at 2:48pm. They stop taking patients at 3. The person doing my blood draw was clearly annoyed that I showed up just before her shift ended. She was rough, rude and argumentative. My Dr told me I did not have to fast , but she insisted I should have been. I said I was not questioning her, but just telling her what my Dr told me. She was gruff because she had to use 'the blue tubes.' Tourniquet was on so tight I was in severe pain and she had to redo it (and I have a high pain tolerance.) When she finished, it still was 2 minutes before closing time and I made sure to say "see? It's 2:58. You're not late."

It’s probably weird to say that Lab Corp felt homey when I visited today, but that’s the attitude that the staff gave off. They were very kind and humorous and went above and beyond for me.

Both Labcorp and Quest labs have short times. Close at 3pm. They are owned by the same company.

This place is a disaster avoid at all costs. They yell at you to check in with photo id and scrip. I did all of this. Two hour wait for a simple pre-employment drug screen. You wait and wait. While hearing the employees complain about the people waiting, boast there must be a sale and even worse "who's urine is this".

When you wait 2 hours to get a required employment drug screen done and you watch the waiting room turnover twice...by people who came in after you. Going on another half hour wait... I’ll keep you posted., hopefully I’ll get home by bedtime.

Had to go for my gestational diabetes screening for my first pregnancy. Check in was quick and simple at the kiosk. Everything went smoothly and the ladies working there were some of the sweetest. Definitely will come back if I need to do more LabCorp screenings. ??

People were efficient and reasonably friendly. Very busy, but still didn't have to wait too very long. No complaints.

One of the busiest ... and the worst .. blood draw places. Try to find any other area than the Villages to get this type of work done. So....you can have a less than 15 minutes VISIT between intake, blood draw, and finish of your visit. There are places that excel in this. This is not one of them,
