Not very happy with these nails.. I got these done last Wednesday or Thursday, there’s a hair in the nail, not filled in, my pointer finger is so thick on one part. The man doing my nails was just watching a video on his phone the whole time and showing lack of care on my nails.

Bamboo did my pedicure today and just did a fantastic job for me! 5 stars. This is my 3rd time here and I plan to continue. Very happy.

Just had a wonderful pedi with Bamboo. First time at Q. I got the $45 spa package and she did an amazing job. She took her time with my gel removal and gave the best leg and foot massage. Didn’t complain about my horrendous heels at all! Shop was clean and orderly, none of the chaos you often see. Everyone was super nice. I’ll be back in a few weeks!

It is quite possible that when you actually get seen your nails are well done? I will never know. Because I will not go back here. I just moved here, I have been a customer of nail salons for the last 20 years and have been searching for a good salon in the area where I could be a loyal customer. After doing my research, and reading all the reviews in the area of all of the nail salons, I decided to try this one based on their good reviews. I called and had an appointment set for 2 o’clock. I arrived two minutes early. Finally at 2:40 I could not wait any longer. At that point, they said it would only be five more minutes, I suggested to the young man at the desk that perhaps they should not make a 2 o’clock appointment if they do not have an opening at 2 o’clock. Good business sense would mean that you make the appointment for 245. And then the customer could decide whether 245 would fit into their day, which it did not for me. Conducting business like this is extremely disrespectful and rude to your customers. I hope that in the future, you take this review to heart, and avoid making appointment times that cannot be met.

My wife went there a few times and her tech was Brian. I don't know if it is only common in this establishment, but she went several times n he doesn't prep her nails before doing a fill in or if she gots a new set. He also doesn't use the correct nail tip size on all her nails. I have also noticed while I'm there waiting on her, that him and the other staff don't clean the drills or clippers in between clients, but they do have sterilized stuff for the pedicures. Also for some reason, it always seems like he is rushing, constantly looking at the clock. If a client calls in for specific services and the appt is made, they should allow enough time to perform that service and he shouldn't be rushing to get a client out of the chair to put the next one in the chair.
I saw your response to my review and there is no prep before he does the clients nails. I don't know if cutting away the cuticle is part of the nail prep or not, but he doesn't do that. He uses a primer before applying the tip, but he doesn't push the cuticle up or cut it away before he does nails. He doesnt use a brush on the bits either. He selects one from it holder, uses it and then puts it back into the holder, he isn't dusting anything off. He doesn't choose the correct nail tip for each finger either, he chooses one and when she tried to tell him it wasn't wide enough, he said it fine and builds around it with acrylic on each side to make it appear to be wide enough.
So one of our friends is already a client of ur facility with another tech but this time her appt was with Brian n once again, no prep work before doing nails, he did put primer on before he did start but nothing with her cuticles n he once again used the wrong size nail on several finger. The nail is very narrow on her finger n when something was said to him about this, once again it's fine, just wait n see. He does not like for the client to say anything to him evidently because he has the same response. One again the bit was taken right out of his little nail not holder n put right onto the nail, he didn't even clean it after he used it with her n we watched as the next client came in n he pulled the bit out put it in his drill n went right to work, so when did he brush it off since you say your facility does this when I said previously that the bits where not clean in between clients? The problem is, Brian doesn't realize even tho he has repeat clients, he gets to comfortable with them and feels he can do whatever he wants instead of doing it the correct way. Why can't he just used the correct size nail tip on the correct nail? Does it cost him more to put the right size tip on as then apply the acrylic or is it cheaper to put the wrong size nail tip on and then build it out of the size of the clients original nail size? So we tried it again and again it was a fail.

Brian was excellent. He’s always done a great job for this past year that I’ve been coming to him. Everyone here is friendly nice I recommend this place wanting their nails or their feet done

Brian is the best nail tech I have ever had! He is thorough, careful, takes his time, is diligent, and a perfectionist. I am always impressed with his excellence and so happy with the beautiful result. I am a health care professional, so always aware of procedures, and with Brian I am so impressed with his attention to cleanliness and care. In fact, the whole salon is impeccable! I have been a customer of his for a long time, so I can speak confidently to his attention to detail and excellence in every aspect of the service. His outstanding work is consistent every time!
