“This Publix, like the one at Magnolia, is very clean, well- stocked, and has friendly staff. I have not encountered a single frazzled cranky employee at a Publix yet. So I give it a 4 because I am rating it for what it is trying to be. Are many prices better at the Walmart Supercenter, yes, but so far that has been an unpleasant shopping experience, nuts crowded, triggering claustrophobia. Publix is a pleasant shopping experience.”

“Iwas just in and Kim helped me in the Deli. I told her if a mistake that happened the last time I was there. Received roast beef instead of corned beef. The package said corned beef but when I got it home it wasn't! I did not intend for her to do anything but pass the info back so that newer employees might get more acclimated to the different meats etc. Anyway, after making several more purchases from the deli, Kim gave me the corned beef n/c/ with a sticker that said You've got great taste - that must alert the cashier. to not charge. I have shopped at your Publix for 10 years, rarely mistakes happen, but when they do, no questions asked, I am always taken care of. This is rare in this day and age. Courtesy and caring are so apparent. Thank you and Kim. You are the best!”
