I recently moved to Florida from South Carolina after my husband of 45 years passed away unexpectedly 1 1/2 years ago. I have had birds in the past and I knew that I wanted to get another one when I got to Florida. I happened to go to Petco at The Villages yesterday and I saw Connor the Green Cheeked Conure. He was just beautiful and very interactive. When I started talking to him, he was showing off and playing with his toys. I decided to buy him and bring him home with me. The sales person (I wish I knew her name) was amazing. She was the only one at the register but took the time to bring the bird out from behind the glass so I could talk to him and interact a little more. She also made sure that I had everything I needed to get started and make sure that Connor was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Petco at The Villages for any of your pet care needs.

My 13 month old chocolate lab intercepted the UPS package of PETTABS that were delivered and ate an entire container! I called the company to find out if I should worry about him eating 30 tabs. The tabs are safe, though I don't recommend eating them all at once! But my lower rating is because I had such a hard time reaching anyone who had an answer!

Our favorite store the only one that carries our favorite cat food Acana and at a better price than Amazon we love watching the ferrets play in the weasel tank. Everybody is very nice they always remember our name they're always helpful they always help me carry the cat litter out to the car because it's heavy never a problem and they're right next door to Target and TJ Maxx

The only reason I went there was the fact that they were the closest place to get salt water fish. I went to buy 4 fish the lady injured one while trying to bag it and instead of taking the loss they gave some small discount and waited until after it was bagged and I was at the register to decide what they were going to do. I bought the fish anyway to avoid anymore stress on the fish from removing it from the bag and re sealing the rest, and someone else unknowingly buying an injured fish. This experience showed me their priority is making the sale, not satisfying a returning customer and selling quality product.

I bought 4 fish and 2 weeks later all dead including my beta fish and most of my guppies, they wiped me out. Now they tell me that the algie eaters they get died frequently. All the fish I have left are sick with ichk.

The girl who was probably 25 knew way to much about fish than she should. She cared very much . I even called store back and got her ( based on piercings ,facel . Which who cares ) she told me again exactly what the king of fish were called. Made sure to remind me on how to take care of them. Very eclectic,nice and educated employees.
