First time having my dog groomed here. Pleasant and friendly experience with the grooming department and all of their staff. My boy came out handsome and happy. Process is smooth. The regular staff running the registers and opening the store before hours for the early appointments not as pleasant. Short and snippy when speaking. Facial expressions as if they are mad or disgusted. But I still give 5 stars because my boy came out happy and clean. Grooming staff amazing.

Sitting here now for a nail trim and it has taken 1 hour, 1 hour. Unprofessional nail lady. 1020 24th of June. SKIP PETSMART id rather chew my dogs nails off. Update, The staff today Oct 14th, the young wow talk about not wanting to do his job. Feel free to contact me I was the 930 walkout.

On Thursday, July 24th, my husband and I went to this location to drop off our 2 dogs so that we can drive 6 hours south for our wedding vow renewal. We made a reservation at the pet hotel for 3 nights. When we got there on Thursday, it was confirmed that our youngest dog could not be in the same room with his brother, our oldest dog, because he is part Pitbull. As they approached him, there seemed to be no issue. They took both of our dogs to the back and then came to us to say that they separated them, which we expected. However, they were supposed to be able to see each other. They thought they were doing us a favor by putting our youngest dog in a suite so that he wouldn't be so anxious, but really he should've been near his brother. We received a phone call about an hour and a half later that we need to pick up our youngest dog because he will not let anyone approach him. APPARENTLY he was growling and the hairs on his back were raised, (which is very out of character for him). When we went back to get them both, (because I was not going to leave one there without the other), my husband went to the back to get our youngest dog and he tells me that our dog was sitting there calmly and quietly, looking out the window, but when they opened the door to let my husband take him, they stepped back as if they were hiding from the plague. And, if that wasn't enough, when we dropped them off I said that they get fed around 8:00, but when we picked them up before 7, they said that they already fed them. So, not only did they treat my dog poorly, but they also don't follow instructions. Never again will be boarding there, shopping there, or suggesting Petsmart to anyone, (especially the location in The Villages). Very disappointing!

Worst place ever..have gotten several fish all died..no help with fish..dead fish in tanks..even skeltons..disgusting!!!!

My puppy Brandi Lea was in the 6 week puppy class. We really liked Jon, who was the pet trainer. He was very good with the puppies and the puppy parents. He was very friendly , caring and nice and has a ton of patience . I would recommend Pet Smart and Jon . Actually all the people that take care of our babies are very good, and very caring. I am not worried at all when my puppy is there.
