Asked for paper bags
I turn around my cart is loaded with plastic bags ?!?!! Crap I’m in a dirty work truck and the plastic bags open and stuff falls out very where in the truck. Paper bags stand up and line Up perfectly.
Cashier Kathy S and bag lady didn't Communicate on my request
When I mentioned it to Kathy she said she knew the bagger didn’t do
it right and never Tried to fix it.

Did not like the way I was treated today while ordering. Like one worker seemed to want to attend someone not like us instead of us but ended up attending us with a very dry attitude. Tom Not friendly at all. Everywhere I go to Publix I love the people as much as the shopping experience, not at this one maybe it was my new york Yankees hat he didn't like. I will not return. Four stars because on the way out the last people I encountered were lovely people.

I was standing in line they literally didn't have the tenders when I came at 11:20 stood in line for over 30 minutes. Someone placed their order at 11:40 nd they gave them all the tenders meanwhile I been standing in front of them for over 30 minutes.

Lisa has a bad attitude. She seems at once unclear how to do her rather simple job and utterly convinced of her authority over all who stand before her, particularly customers. She should not be working a public-facing position. Stocking shelves perhaps....
