Checking in was exceptionally quick. Taken promptly at time scheduled. It took less than ten minutes from check in to completion.

They are very professional and all the girls have a fabulous way of taking care of a customer to fill. You get the best carrier camp in the several quest locations and they were always good.

First time using Quest this way - did appointment online and kiosk check-in. I was impressed with their process. Appreciated the tech (Kyla) providing careful, professional blood draws for the lab orders. Her attention to detail was great - she also caught and corrected an erroneous profile entry in the system from many years ago (likely put in Quest by an MD office's staff - in the former state we lived before FL)!

Always excellent service, and ease of signing in with text messages. No real wait times and friendly staff welcoming me. I would not go anywhere else. I love that I can see my results on line, usually the next day, and track them over time myself.

I was pleasantly greeted by Phyllis this morning! I am a nervous talker when doing blood draws and she just eased my mind! I felt she genuinely enjoyed our conversation and before I knew it she had 6 viles drawn. Easy check in with appointment,clean well lit building and lots of smiles
