Perfection! I called ahead because I needed to FedEx a document – had an electronic FedEx label but no way to print it. They gave me easy instructions, I followed them, and showed up at the store. There was another customer being served when I arrived, but I was still waited on cheerfully and promptly, and I was in and out of that place in UNDER A MINUTE – NO exaggeration!

Called to ask a quick question and possibly use them for the first time-and was asked to hold. No problem. The receiver was placed on the desk where I waited over 10 minutes. Upon hearing their conversation I am positive they simply forgot I was waiting.

They would not take my prepaid USPS package. I was told that if I paid them to mail it USPS they would take it, but since I had a prepaid USPS they would not. The USPS office said that they have no problem picking them up from Safe Ship. Safe Ship just wants to make money off of the package.

I was told that I was not allowed to drop off Pre-Paid USPS shipping packages there after 7/1/2022. The staff there is telling me that USPS is not allowing it, to much work for them. I have been using their excellent service for several years, they are kind courteous and very helpful, they carry a good supply of shipping materials at good price, I highly recommend.
