Very poor customer service, there were 3 young men working, only 1 came from behind the counter to help , but the 1 young man taking the information on the computer was the rudest, I also noticed he was rude to the lady before me, he acted very superior and was very rude, he wanted all my information before I was even ready picking out my paint. He must have been the manager because he said he does the ordering, I asked about the price of a specific kind of paint I wanted (pro mar 200 eggshell) and he said it would be $159.00 if I wanted that one, I don’t really believe it could cost that much, my brother is a licensed contractor and he gets it for 39.00 a gallon, so why would the cost be that much more for the average person. I got the (Super Paint) for $73.99 a gallon instead, still very expensive if you ask me, the store was having 25% off so that helped a little with cost. The paint looked very nice, but because of that rude guy, I will never go back to that store.

Service was good. Store was dirty and unkept. Restroom has been neglected for a while as there was a rusty gallon of something under the sink. Will not return to this location. Too many others close by that I believe better represent Sherwin-Williams Company

Went in on a Sunday. Tried calling many times in the hour before we made the trip - about a 20 minute drive. No answer. It was pouring rain. We finally decided to take a chance they might have wallpaper. When we entered the store I asked the guy if the phones were out of service. He said he was on the other line. That sure was a long call. We were in the store about 15 minutes before he told us he was closing. Never offered any help. Just told us he was closing and we had to leave. Horrible service.

A bit expensive even with 40 percent off. But everything seems to be more expensive these days. Super nice guy behind the counter even wheeled out my two buckets of paint right to my car. Clean store with a restroom.
