“Once again, another Outstanding Experience at All A/C Storage! This is now my 3rd. time dealing with Rob at All A/C. Rob is an outstanding and awesome man. The truck that I had reserved had a minor issue (which really wasn't a big deal to me) but Rob insisted that my comfort while driving was important to him. So, he moved me up to the next size truck. “This is at least the 5th time that I've rented or returned a truck or trailer. After several very unpleasant experiences with the guys up North of Lady Lake and that towing place, I'd have had enough with U haul. This is how business should be. But to tell you the truth, there is very little signage, and I don't think U haul even know this guy exists. All I can say is great experience from one of the nicest guys I have ever met, who runs a business in this area.”

“I made the reservation online Saturday night and arrived at this location on Sunday at 0900 hrs. when they opened. I was greeted in the office and after giving the employee my name he had the truck that I reserved ready for me. The truck was clean and well taken care of. I returned the truck and after getting my recipt, there were no additional fees than what was quoted during the reservation.”
“This is a easy to find Penske U-Haul rental dealership. It is on 441 South and villages. The one problem I have is when we went to return our truck, the store was closed prior to the closing hours. The store is not open at all on Sunday. This makes it inconvenient for returning trucks when moving on the weekends, which is the most common time to move in my opinion.”
