The representative, Thet, showcased expertise in his field when I knew very little about this industry and how mailing works. I was on crunch time and was working with a small amount of money to send something off out of state and Thet not only quickly understood the assignment, but also swiftly gave me all the details I needed to know which mailing speed I needed at the price I could afford. I quickly got in, got an envelope, the mailing address, type of mailing, and a warm and welcoming representative, that's Thet, that made the whole experience worth the time. It was exemplary to say the least. This mail matters to me for my family and Thet really helped move my family forward, and that's what matters

I have come to rely on the UPS Store because they are ALWAYS well staffed with knowledgeable, friendly employees. I like the fact that I can also ship back Amazon returns from this store.

I have only visited this location one other time, I was so fascinated with the drop off self drop off and I just like the store. It’s very efficient. A young man Anthony helped me out explained everything to me got me in right away and out right away I appreciate efficiency

Convenient location, self serve kiosks and helpful staff. The only I would be to be able to pull up closer to the door when carrying heavy boxes. The golf cart parking prevents that, unfortunately. Perhaps a cart we can take to our car in the parking lot when we have heavy and bulky boxes to bring into the store?
